Authentic! She's from the Philippines and it shows in the deliciousness of the food. Tender fall apart in your mouth meats, amazing noodles (pancit). Truly a little gem, hole in the wall style.
Tita Rose was just as incredible as her food 15/10 would recommend!👌 The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the conversation was pleasant. We had the Pork Adobo & Rice, the Lumpia & Pancit, & the Ube Ice cream. I'll definitely be back for more.
