Tiny and only has coffee and tea. No food except crackers. And dog biscuits, which was kinda weird.
Attitude at check in attendant was terrible. Small uncomfortable area and you have to “ask” for snacks behind the counter.
Kiera was nowhere close to being a Prestige Passport front desk clerk. She looked like she hated her work sitting at the desk. No greeting, no smiles. She's not someone you would want to be the front face of your company.
Seriously?! Just a room with chairs and a bathroom where snacks are kept in the back like a first grade classroom?!
The lounge is dated and small. It only has coffee and tea. You have to ask for the cookies from the front desk staff. You do get some privacy from the crowded waiting areas though. The customer service was decent.
Will not allow you access if you don't have a flight out.Very inconvenient for people who just flew in and have to wait a while. Policy claims it's because of how busy they are but they definitely weren't busy.
Just a small room to sit with a coffee machine. You even have to ask the front desk for crackers. Not sure why the major card programs even associate themselves with this sitting room.
There's really nothing here. Very small room. Barely any seating. There's a coffee machine and a water filter which is ok and a bathroom, but that's about it. I guess the TV is a plus? I didn't see any food or snacks when I visited. Honestly, staying out in the terminal has a lot more options and seating. It's not really an airport lounge in the normal sense but it was free if you meet the criteria, so I guess that's something.Update: you have to request snacks from the desk agent?? Odd
This place is a joke. It was about 80+ degrees in the lounge and they had nothing to offer. Just water and coffee. Seats were falling apart. My mechanic’s waiting room is 500% better than this lounge.
This lounge offers NOTHING!!! . American Express has changed is policy and now charges $20 for an extra person and all you get is coffee.

A very Ho-hum lounge.
We used our Amex Platinum for access entry to this lounge. It’s quiet and receptionist let us in. Not much in here , 3 TV screens with 1 not working. Around 30 seats Have a self service coffe/tea machine, a small refrigerator with a few sodas, juices and a water fountain. There are few snacks, packaged crackers , cookies and candies require service from the attendant. But it’s close to gates (6-9) area and clean.
The Passport Club in Savannah airport is a nice place to relax while waiting for your flight. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Use your American Express Platinum for quick access.
The passports club is an airport lounge at SAV airport.
They accept American Express platinum 👍.
The lounge is a nice place to rest at this mid sized airport but has very limited food and beverage choices. There is a Starbucks, Leopolds ice cream and pga grill nearby.
The lounge could also use a refresh, it is clean but feels slightly outdated.
Not much better than sitting in the terminal. Seats are too close together with no privacy. Coffee was horrible and they hide the snacks behind the check-in counter.
