The lounge is dated and small. It only has coffee and tea. You have to ask for the cookies from the front desk staff. You do get some privacy from the crowded waiting areas though. The customer service was decent.

Will not allow you access if you don't have a flight out.Very inconvenient for people who just flew in and have to wait a while. Policy claims it's because of how busy they are but they definitely weren't busy.

Just a small room to sit with a coffee machine. You even have to ask the front desk for crackers. Not sure why the major card programs even associate themselves with this sitting room.

There's really nothing here. Very small room. Barely any seating. There's a coffee machine and a water filter which is ok and a bathroom, but that's about it. I guess the TV is a plus? I didn't see any food or snacks when I visited. Honestly, staying out in the terminal has a lot more options and seating. It's not really an airport lounge in the normal sense but it was free if you meet the criteria, so I guess that's something.Update: you have to request snacks from the desk agent?? Odd

Tiny, no frills room to wait for your flight. Not expecting the bells and whistles of a centurion lounge, but the fact that drinks and snacks are kept behind the front desk so you have to ask is ridiculous. One of the few electrical outlets was being used for the Christmas tree lights. So no readily accessible food and drinks or outlets. Give me a break.

um. i got in just by showing my sapphire reserve card. no real cost, no real value. like a bus station waiting room. at least there's a private bathroom there if you want privacy. not much else.

This place is a joke. It was about 80+ degrees in the lounge and they had nothing to offer. Just water and coffee. Seats were falling apart. My mechanic’s waiting room is 500% better than this lounge.

This lounge offers NOTHING!!! . American Express has changed is policy and now charges $20 for an extra person and all you get is coffee.

I recently was at the Passport Airport Lounge at Savannah Hilton Head airport, and I must say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. I've been to a number of airport lounges across the globe, and this was, without question, the worst.Right from the beginning, the service was abominable. The staff seemed uninterested, and annoyed with our arrival. Customer service is a key element in a lounge experience, and it was sorely lacking here. The seating was another major issue. It was lackluster, to say the least. Instead of the comfortable, spacious, and inviting seats you'd expect in an airport lounge, the seating here felt cramped and uncomfortable. It seemed more akin to a crowded bus station than an airport lounge. However, the biggest disappointment was the snack service. For those unfamiliar, airport lounges usually offer self-service snacks, a small but significant luxury for tired travelers. Shockingly, at Passport Airport Lounge, the front desk had to hand out the snacks. It felt like a school cafeteria, not a premium lounge service.I only lasted ten minutes before I decided to leave. I found a spot near my gate which was, surprisingly, more comfortable than the lounge. The fact that I found more comfort in a general waiting area is a testament to how underwhelming the Passport Lounge truly was.

A very Ho-hum lounge.

We used our Amex Platinum for access entry to this lounge. It’s quiet and receptionist let us in. Not much in here , 3 TV screens with 1 not working. Around 30 seats Have a self service coffe/tea machine, a small refrigerator with a few sodas, juices and a water fountain. There are few snacks, packaged crackers , cookies and candies require service from the attendant. But it’s close to gates (6-9) area and clean.

The Passport Club in Savannah airport is a nice place to relax while waiting for your flight. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Use your American Express Platinum for quick access.

Not much better than sitting in the terminal. Seats are too close together with no privacy. Coffee was horrible and they hide the snacks behind the check-in counter.

The passports club is an airport lounge at SAV airport. They accept American Express platinum ?.The lounge is a nice place to rest at this mid sized airport but has very limited food and beverage choices. There is a Starbucks, Leopolds ice cream and pga grill nearby. The lounge could also use a refresh, it is clean but feels slightly outdated.
