I paid $10 for some dried ribs they were dried out from being under the heat lamp I don't know got like bits and pieces of dried ends and one little piece of rib even though it was tender won't be going back and the person that waited on me they were just I don't know unapproachable they look at you like they going to kill you for coming in and ordering and spending your money truly was disappointing

They are pricey compared to other BBQ spots and their ribs aren’t as seasoned, although good. They also do not give as much meat as other spots. The greens are lacking flavor in my opinion but the green beans are good. The food is decent. Customer service is good. The young lady with red dreadlocks is nice and attentive. The older ladies are also nice. Atmosphere gives a nice BBQ shack feel.Parking: There’s parking but only about 5 in front of the store.

Had ribs with collard greens, lip smackin goodness. Only negative was the ice tea, holy moly it was way too sweet, going for my insulin pen now...Vegetarian options: The ice tea is vegan... I think

We were on the road going through Georgia, Hungry for some barbecue, so we did a search of barbecue near me. The original place we ended up at was closed, Only open a few days a week. So we kept on driving when my husband, Out of the corner of his eyes, Saw the sign for smokey's barbecue and we pulled over. It was only a small trailer on a corner lot next to a lime tree. It was a sweltering hot humid day in the 90's. Some people were standing outside next to the trailer waiting to order. Others were jumping in and out of their air-conditioned cars waiting for their number to be called. The wait was very long hence the service score of 3. My husband and I took turns waiting in the heat to order. When it was our turn I ended up ordering. We didn't have Rib money since we were traveling on a budget and this was our splurge for the day. We came hungry and ready to eat. Our hearts were set on pulled pork. To my dismay they were out. Beef brisket was a 30 minute wait but they had chicken ready to go. Chicken "sandwich" it was. Once we received our order, it was package in a Styrofoam box. There was two pieces of bread in my box and my husband's. I had what looked like several thighs chopped into 3rds bones and all. My husband had legs. Clearly it wasn't a conventional "sandwich" but a box of bbq chicken oddly cut into pieces with bones with some bread thrown in. Once we received our order we inhaled it. The chicken was moist and tender. It was messy with bbq sauce and so delicious. Each portion was 8$ I thanked the chef. My only complaint is I didn't get to try the pulled pork or the "Pile of Ribs"

Stopped by this place as a spur of the moment thing.. kind of a last minute spontaneity. This place was quiet and suprisengly had a little dining area.. the outside is a bit to be desired, but I try to give every place a chance and I'm glad I did. I love BBQ and this was right on my way. The ribs are pork and was falling off the bones, and the baked beans were creamy just how I like it, not too sweet, not to sauced. The customer service is whats to be expected in a small place like this in a busy passing area, southern hospitality ?. Its a bit different, but I care about the cleanliness and the food which seemed to be right in place, the prices are reasonable, and I mean, who doesn't love BBQ?? ?. I had the kids try some to get their opinion and one said, " now that's what I'm talking about!" Lol, and the other asked, " why does the mac n cheese taste tangy? " it had a taste we can only describe as bitter/vinegar like ??‍♀️??‍♀️. The overall was good, no food poisening or sickness. Let us know if you visit and what the food taste like for consistant taste review.Parking: There are a couple of lined parking spots and a few free spaces along with a wheelchair accessible entry.Wheelchair accessibility: There is 1 wheelchair accessible parking and ramp.

It is a hole in the wall kind of place. Looks can be deceiving! That's why u don't judge by appearances. The food was great. They give you big portions.the food had flavor and the tea was sweet. People were friendly. No a/c only fans inside if you plan on dining in.
