Like the grinch says, hate hate hate. I am the nicest person to people who work in the food industry, due to working their myself for years, so I expect the same treatment back. They also get my order wrong 75% of the time.
They have always been good but this morning they dropped the ball. I order a ice coffee that had a lot of coffee grounds in it!
