I know pizzas are supposed to be flat, but the flavor isn't supposed to taste flat. Same for the chicken wings.... just so-so.

Was very happy to eat here. Pizza was tasty and the sweet tea was really refreshing. The staff were friendly and food came out in a reasonable time.

Had a lovely time. The food was good and the drinks were fabulous. A little pricey but worth it on the occasion.

I put an order in online on Thursday at about 6:00pm. I went there about6:15 and they didn’t get the order. They made it pretty quick for me. The pizza was okay, I was disappointed because other people raved about it.

My best friend and I stayed in an Airbnb down the street for a month, and we ordered pizza from Squirrel's more than any other place. Take out or dine in, it was already ready quickly, and the pizza was always great. We will be back for sure.

Are you a squirrel? Do you enjoy eating part of an acorn and storing the rest away for winter. If so, you MIGHT like eating here otherwise don’t bother. Portions were incredibly small (I lived in Europe, this is not an Americans like big portions thing). Everything was under cooked, under seasoned, and cold by the time it got to me. ( I got delivery, but it delivered 15 minutes earlier than the estimated time. Not delivery’s fault.) And expensive to boot! Go to Vinny’s or Basil’s and your stomach and your wallet will both be better off.

Cold, poorly prepared. Sparse portions, tasted like it was made yesterday. I have had better frozen pizza. Never again!

Atmosphere could be great if someone would just turn the lights on. It’s way too dim, especially in the bathrooms. Food was great, however they only cut the pizza into 4 pieces. Didn’t realize I was in a pizza slice folding restaurant. Apparently there is a shortage on pizza cuts. 3 cuts would be the acceptable minimum… time to step it up a cut. Our waitress had perfect timing and the atmosphere was light and easy for good conversation with our table mates

Not the same vibe as it used to be. Went tonight for a few pizzas with family. It's like the customers are an inconvenience to the staff. Seat yourself now, not greeted, sat a few minutes before we were provided menus. The lady dropped two drink menus and one dinner then said I will be back and walked off. A few minutes later we were ready to order. Cokes are a can only for $2.95, no cup with ice, just a can. No soda fountain anymore. I kindly asked for a cup and ice which seemed to be an annoyance to the busy staff. Pizzas were made and sat on the bar before bringing them over to customers hot and fresh. Two of the three pies were really good. The Benny Blanco had cheese on half of the pizza, no rosemary or lemon. The other half was dough. Really disappointed it's gone down hill like this. I guess we will stick to Eastern wharf in the event we decide to return to a Squirrel's location.Edited review so photos are from a previous visit 4 years ago.

The photo attached was the fungi pizza with bacon (very few pieces) and cauliflower crust (added$4.75)…honestly, this is a snack for one person that costs $27. It took a long while for anyone to take our order and the glasses were incredibly dirty with lip marks around the rim and finger/hand prints around the glasses. If you have more money than sense and want a unique atmosphere with squirrels on the wall, go for it.

We ordered 10 pizzas for a large party. They were all great. I only wish we would have ordered 20 instead of 10. They all got eaten so quickly I didn't even have time to take any photos.Vegetarian and vegan friendly, so there's something for everyone. We're Chicagoans so the standards are high, this place knows what they're doing.
