The location closes at 7:30. I walked into the line at 6:30, and was told the last iced drink was sold and they would only do hot drinks until closing. 1 hour before closing? Seriously?

Gate 10 Starbucks gave awful drinks. We ordered 3 different items. All were bland. Mostly milk. Won't be stopping here again.

Don’t accept american currency in the USA is crazy. Who “doesn’t accept cash”, are they getting robbed in the airport?

How much business are you turning away by making everyone order through the app?
Then on top of that, they aren't taking credit cards on the app, you have to buy a gift card in increments of $25.

Cashier is nice and friendly but not the food server. I think she hates her job.
I stopped by around 5:30 AM at the airport, and all I wanted was a simple cup of water. I was told they couldn’t take any orders in person and that everything had to go through the app. Fine. But after checking the app, there was no option anywhere for a water cup.
I went back and explained this to the worker, and he flat-out refused to give me a water cup — with no real explanation. It wasn’t busy, it wasn’t complicated — just flat-out refusal.
Honestly, this kind of customer service is unheard of, especially in an airport setting where they were the only place open that early. Denying someone a basic cup of water? Completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat people at 5:30 in the morning over something so simple, I can’t imagine how bad it gets during peak hours.

Service is horrendous
I.ordered an Americano and got a regular coffee the barista saw that I saw but I just left I had a flight to catch, very disappointed I expected better
I ordered a shaken espresso but the darn card reader was down so I had to go into the app and order it which slowed things down a bit. My venti cup was less than full so that was a bit disappointing but taste wise was delicious.
Laurel was super nice! We accidentally ordered mobile pickup from the pre-terminal one. We already were past security. She said she'd make it with a screenshot. Her dedication to customer service with a smile sets a high bar for the other locations I have been to. She was very quick and accurate, and methodical with her preparing of other orders in tandem. The manager should pay close attention to her, she has great potential.

Tried to order a drink with no ice and they gave it to me under half full and when I asked why it was half empty their response was that they’re an airport Starbucks and can do whatever they want. On top of that the drink was already $2 more than a normal Starbucks would have been. All the workers were snooty and acted like they were better than all the people ordering from them.
Imagine an entire queue during the 0600 morning airport rush. Then one of the baristas says that they’re only taking orders through the mobile app. Everyone rolls theirs eyes and leaves.
Admittedly, they were short staffed.
Get your coffee before security.
I asked for a bone dry cappuccino. And I got just that! Thanks Alisha for making my day! Honesty and barista skills go a long way.
Overpriced! This is ridiculous. Only got food (a bagel there) because there was nothing else opened. I shouldn’t have to spend 12 on one piece of bread. No coffee and I did not ask for cream cheese but somehow I had to pay for it too.
This place is a nightmare and should be shut down. The hours are never clear and ever-changing, the customer service is awful, and they are frequently out of items. There always seems to be a sassy manager that emerges from the back room to add unhelpful comments or berate the customers. For such a cute airport, this “Starbucks” is truly awful.
