This must be the place where they train the new hires. Extremely slooooow. Go here if you aren’t in a hurry or like to waste time. My app order said it would be ready by 8:42am, I finally received it at 9:01am after I asked for it & he hadn’t even started making the drink. Don’t bother going here, not worth the aggravation.

Tried to order an iced coffee, but they had no ice. No big deal - ice machines break. I then asked if I could simply order the drink without ice, and they said their manager advised them to not serve any cold drinks without ice. There are eight other restaurants I could buy a cup of ice from, but this Starbucks refuses to sell me cold brew coffee without ice.
UPDATE: 5 minutes later, I watched them give an iced coffee with no ice to an airport worker. But everyone else is being refused cold drinks. ?

6pm and they weren't making any Iced beverages because they were out of ice and didn't want to go get any. They had at least 4 people hanging around the kiosk and no one in line. Cashier wasn't helpful and stared at me blankly. Should have read the reviews first. This kiosk is notorious for poor service and not having any of the items on the huge tv screens above their heads.

Last few times I’ve come through the airport this kiosk only gets worse. Service is fine but sometimes terrible. Usually extremely slow and they often can’t make or have regular items you find elsewhere. There is always a problem with the quality too.

Very disappointed. Can pay by cash or card to purchase anything. You must to download the app. Come on. You can do better. Kidding wild where this society is going trough. You are nobody without IPhone.
This is not a knock on the team members here. They were incredibly friendly and as helpful as possible while obviously being overworked and stressed.
But who handles the supplying for this location? 10 AM and there’s no knives, forks, or napkins. They are limited by policy to not provide ice water and they don’t even have the equipment to toast a bagel.

One of the worse Starbucks ever, they should get an award. Waited on line for about 20 minutes while one of the employees stacked merchandise and 2 others attended mobile orders. Absolutely pathetic.
