Unimaginable terrible experience! They have made terrible and stupid experiences! I ordered two drinks, a sandwich, and two candies through Uber, and then they only gave me half of the things!! And I suspect that this store has an insider corruption cooperation with Uber, deceiving customers of money together, because Uber refused to give me a reason and refused to refund! Only Starbucks is like this! So I have every reason to suspect that Starbucks has given Uber benefits, allowing Uber to swallow up customers' money and not handle their foolish and erroneous orders.And more than one time, this store made mistakes in my order, and even their mocha coffee tasted terrible then other Starbucks store!

This is the closest Starbucks location to me so I'm a frequent customer. This location is by far the best Starbucks location in the Savannah area. Baristas are always so friendly and provide excellent service!
This is the second Time I go there, and will be the last.Customer service is horrible, they're not trying to welcome you in, they're just they're getting a paycheck and you can feel it.A Coffee shop and they don't ever have Dark roast coffee so both times I had to spend extra money to get the coffee i wanted. And they don't give you the option of grabbing your own sugar to make your coffee your way, they have to handed to you from behind the counter and they do it with an attitude if you ask for extra condiments. The staff makes you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, plus they make you feel like you're begging for something when you're spending 5$ for a coffee.I gave this place 2 chances but never again.
Fairly typical Starbucks location although all sugars, creams, etc. were located behind the bar. Baristas were very efficient although the cashier was less so.

Service is extremely slow, just for a mediocre taste! They may be short staffed for the task force they need. However, it is always a good amount of staff members, just standing around doing nothing or moving at the speed of a turtle. Very disappointing!Parking: Sometimes difficult to find close parking on a busy day.

I love love love this Starbucks (the one by the planet fitness) everyone and I mean EVERYONE who works there is so sweet and kind. I have never had an issue with them in the few years I have been going to this location. They are always friendly and I really wish other people would take notes from this place on how to be kind and caring to customers. Eveyone does such an amazing job. I think everyone needs a raise here. The amount of work they do and still have time to be get the drink orders in is just wow. I love all of yall and it makes me happy to come in and see yall ?

Starbucks. Love the company, drinks are delicious, when made properly, and food is good. This location seems to always be slow, even if we are the only people in there when we order. Drive thru always gets priority even if they’re slammed inside, which makes sense but can be extremely frustrating when everybody in their cars gets their drinks, meanwhile you’ve been waiting 30 minutes+ just for a Chai latte. This location is also consistently out of ingredients for their drinks. They also don’t say your name when your drinks are ready, so just stand by the drink section.Vegetarian options: Not labeled
