It's OK I'm from long Island NY we have a Italian ice chain called Ralphs Italian Ice. I think is so much better but I just wish we had more of a selection of places to go.
After cleaning out the garage in this heat for several hours, my husband grabbed my hand and said, "we're going for an ice!" And he drove us to Rita's! I was dusty, overheated, and happy! I had my first, but surely not the last ice at this sweet little spot! My darling got a vanilla milkshake and I got an ice - half lemon half sugar-free (Delicious!) Tangerine. Great service and cool refreshing treat. "Yes, Darling, double points for that surprise!" ?

I love Rita’s and am so happy to have one near home again! This spot has good parking and the best little playground across the street. A great stop for families to have a sweet and refreshing treat on a hot day. The staff at this location is particularly friendly and helpful.
