Sadly it keeps going downhill :( yesterday we ordered a large fry and they gave us tots with a few rock hard burnt fries on the top to cover it up
Drive thru only after parking and waiting for response after pressing button. No signs indicate this

Sonic Drive-In offers a variety of tasty meals through their drive-thru service. The garlic butter, bacon cheeseburger and double smasher cheeseburger were delicious, although a request for a tomato was missed. The tater tot chili and fries were also delicious. The food is always hot and fresh, although sometimes there might be a wait due to the drive-thru line. The double burger meal comes with hot and delicious fries, but the burger had too much grease and lacked condiments. While not exceptional, the overall experience at Sonic Drive-In is decent and worth a try if you're in the area.
