Sushi Hana Savannah offers exceptional sushi with the freshest salmon, providing a phenomenal taste experience. The owner's dedication to sushi quality is evident in every bite. It's a great spot to visit with friends and try a variety of rolls, with generous portions that taste delicious. The menu includes mouthwatering dishes like the original sake, jalapeño 6 piece, and the "Black Angel Roll" with shrimp, avocado, pepper tuna, tobiko, scallions, spicy mayo, eel, and wasabi sauce. The green tea ice cream is a popular dessert. The restaurant has a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere with easy aisles and wheelchair accessibility. While the Mochi may not be a highlight, the attentive staff and quality food make Sushi Hana Savannah a top sushi destination in the area, with customers returning time and again. Customers praise the top-notch service and food, noting that the sushi, including the Tiger Roll, Tuna sashimi, and Eel sashimi, is delicious, and the miso is hot and fresh. The restaurant also offers a variety of saki and local brews that enhance the experience. The staff is described as amazing and knowledgeable, with some reviews mentioning a unique twist on traditional sushi, such as eel rolls stuffed into grilled squid. Despite minor issues like wet chairs upon seating, the overall atmosphere remains chill, and the food and service are highly appreciated.
