If you're debating whether to eat here or wait until you're at another airport, I strongly suggest waiting. I had the Chicken Pesto Panini, and it was terrible—very dry, barely any pesto, only a few red peppers, and the chicken tasted like it was pre-packaged and not fresh. Overall, it was a disappointing meal. I wouldn’t recommend this place—save your money.

A supreme sandwich is 9.29 on a bagel of your choice.
To do this sandwich on a “super bagel” they charge you the full price instead of a portion.
So where is my free/side bagel?
Super Ripoff.
Not open at 10am on a Wednesday. This dump probably closed permanently.

Really confused about the name of this place, because they don’t even have a panini machine. $8.50 for a very subpar breakfast sandwich.

Like any other place, the people who work at the place make the place better. The servers have no personality. Oh well, not a bad bagel.

For the bagels marked as an up-charge, you’re charged the price of the sandwich (which already comes on a plain bagel) plus the full price of the up-charged bagel. So.. it’s less of an up-charge and more of paying for two bagels while only getting one.

Some shady business practices here at The Great American Bagel at Harry Reid International. We usually stop there when we have early morning flights because nothing else is open. It's not bad. I witnessed some very unethical practices by the cashier last week. I'm actually ashamed of myself for not stepping in... but I didn't speak the guy's language and I was short on time. I was waiting for my order and a foreigner tried to order some food. He clearly didn't speak English. He didn't understand when the cashier asked if he wanted his bagel toasted. The worst part was she gave him the dollar amount and asked if he wanted to round up for a charity. He had no clue what she was talking about. She repeated it and he kind of nodded, so she rounded his order up. I know we're talking less than a dollar, but I'm guessing she's part of a competition to see show raises the most for this charity. It was shameful. Do better folks.
One dot of cream cheese on our bagels! Seriously! Will not be back!!!
Its hard to mess up a bagel especially when you only have limited options to choose from, but they did. One dab of cream cheese on the whole thing

I had the pleasure of stopping here on my way out of Savannah after a business conference. Despite a busy and unending line, with demanding customers, I thought it should be noted that Wachkita Coney is special. She worked two registers with a smile. Every extra a customer asked for, she was patient. I wanted milk, rather than cream, for coffee, and she went and opened a new milk container. Its people like her that bring a smile and excellence to work every day that companies should be grateful for. I hope she is recognized for her outstanding service and positive energy!

Disappointed! The staff left packing paper in my Supreme Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel breakfast sandwich. A lack of attention to details. When I figured out I was Chewing on paper, my thoughts were what else have they neglected.
