I had the pleasure of stopping here on my way out of Savannah after a business conference. Despite a busy and unending line, with demanding customers, I thought it should be noted that Wachkita Coney is special. She worked two registers with a smile. Every extra a customer asked for, she was patient. I wanted milk, rather than cream, for coffee, and she went and opened a new milk container. Its people like her that bring a smile and excellence to work every day that companies should be grateful for. I hope she is recognized for her outstanding service and positive energy!

Disappointed! The staff left packing paper in my Supreme Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel breakfast sandwich. A lack of attention to details. When I figured out I was Chewing on paper, my thoughts were what else have they neglected.

Had lunch here,would not recommend.Not many places in the smaller airport to choose from, wanted something different than Burger King fast food.Service was bad, only one person working and not friendly at all. Ordered a Cuban style panini…they were out. Ordered another sandwich…that was out also. As I had to catch a flight, just asked what they DID have, and got some generic ham bagel sandwich. No flavor, waste of money.If you read other reviews you will find they seem to be out of food a lot, obviously a poorly managed business.Would I go there again…noWould I recommend…no

Literally out of everything. Charged me $14 for a bagel with ham and cheese. Told me there was a $3.50 upcharge but no clue what for? Because they were out of eveything? Were complaining about their job and how much they got paid the entire time.

Not good, slow staff, they were also out of panini bread at a place with panini in the name.

Food was very subpar. I don't expect much from airport food, but the bagel was dry and didn't have a bagel texture. Sausage and egg were extremely greasy.

Pleasantly surprised how good this was for airport food. Not a lot of options at this airport. They were out of one of the paninis we wanted but they served all day breakfast so it was easy to find something else. Prices not too bad for an airport either. Service was ok - not outstanding but friendly enough and prompt.

I’m actually surprised I liked this place at all but surprisingly decent for airport food. I got the Cuban panini which was expensive and not that big, but again it’s airport food. It tasted good and the wait wasn’t long. Most of the menu is bagels.

I was here in Savannah Airport on 6/24/23 at around 510 a.m. Website said they open at 4:30 but the gate was down and there were two women setting up. My sister asked what time they were opening and one of the women said "I don't know, ma'am " so we took our business to Starbucks.

The bagels in the pictures look very good and everything was good until I saw the lady make my bagel .. they stopped the whole processes (of making the bagel) so her and her co workers can look on her phone and she had gloves and and used her phone and put her phone down and did NOT change her gloves. I couldn't tell if she touched my bagel or not. She moved on to the next order and Still DIDNT change her gloves.. there's lots of bacteria on a phone. I can't remember her name but it's was on a Sunday 06-18-2023 @4:20pm
