I say this without exaggeration or conceit: I make better pad thai at home. And I am not a Thai person. The service was exemplary and prompt. The food came quickly and was hot and fresh. But….no spice/heat to the pad thai. No cilantro. No egg. No fish sauce. No dried shrimp powder. No thai dark soy sauce. No garlic. Not made with tamarind paste.
