We have been to this melting pot several times and this time was not good service. We waited at least 20 minutes before our waiter came to our table to take our drinks. It seemed to take forever between courses. It usually flows much better than this, even though we spoke with the general manager, I do not feel that service ever got much improved. We will still be back because we love eating at the melting pot, but I felt they needed to know that it was not their best service last night.

Another great experience at the melting pot. Maria has helped us the last few times and remembered our special requests which was quite pleasant and added to our overall experience. Had a great time!

We had a fun little date night, our server was very attentive and we enjoyed our food and time at the melting pot. It would be fun to do it with friends too. I highly recommend their special $35 deal not sure i would pay the regular price though.

Everything was amazing! Walter was extremely helpful and present throughout our experience and made my Fiancé's birthday dinner extremely special. The food was incredible course after course it just kept coming but it was so good we couldn't stop enjoying it. A beautiful quiet space to enjoy a romantic Birthday dinner. We will be back!

Wes was fantastic and was able to make some last minute changes to our seating/reservation. He even wrote a custom note on our dinner plates in chocolate for our date night! The food was delicious and after some quick seating adjustments… the atmosphere was intimate and relaxing
