Absolute horrible there service is horrible there workers and managers are horrible always off track done seen a couple of roaches in there I just wouldn’t recommend this one to go to.

Close this location down until you can properly retrain staff and management. What I experienced today was pure chaos. From start to end i had to repeat my order several times on the intercom and at the window. My order was completely wrong I was initially given the wrong smoothie which i had to repeat the one I ordered again for the fourth time. Not only that i specifically asked no tomatoes on my flatbread after waiting in the drive-thru for 10mins and repeating the order 5 times i still got tomatoes as well as a threw together flatbread that was cold. I requested and paid for sweet potatoes for my side which is an up charge. Only to be told after paying that they don’t have anymore I then requested another premium side of corn all to be given a reg bag of chips. These employees do not work well together in an orderly fashion. Due to the time frame I was on I did not have time to voice my concerns in store but the location is an absolute mess.

I'm changing my review 8/25/25 brought a smoothie it was HORRIBLE whoever made it needed to be slapped real hard it had no taste and had ice chips in it should have took it back but had no time this place is to pricey to mess up management train your people better

First and last time I will go to this smoothie place. I walked in and not 1 person spoke to me, they looked at me like I didn't belong there. The one at the drive thru was doing nothing and another was standing around. I wait almost 10 minutes to place my order. So disrespectful, I felt so uncomfortable and I was invading their space. no customer service at all.

The worst Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been too , the manager on duty nor the staff acknowledged me a two other customers as we walked in . We stood at the register for 15 min before anyone came to the register to take our order . The whole staff needs to be coached on customer service or they will continue to loose service no wonder the place was empty with out a car in site !!! The prices we pay here we should receive better service than that ! I’m never coming back here again and you work hard for your money i wouldn’t come here either
Healthy food and smoothie options, and you can add whey or pea protein to any smoothie!!! My personal favorite smoothie is the mango magic with pea protein!!!

Good food. I stopped going here thought bc I would order online and send my husband for pick up, then they would tell you they were out of something. Often out of things to make turkey sandwiches. One time he went to pick up an online order and when he arrived they told him they were out of stuff to make turkey sandwiches and offered to make something else. I didn’t want something else, $20 they pretended to refund (he didn’t receive a refund receipt) but it was never refunded. Reached out to corporate about the issue and was never contacted

I had the delicious, nutritious chia banana boost and the carribbean jerk chicken wrap. I can't tell you just how good it was. First of all, all recipes are tropical. These people studied that. The wrap was stuffed with rice, black beans, melted cheddar, lettuce and jerk seasoned chicken...awesome to bite into and it's a good portion. The chia banana boost smoothie has bananas, almonds, peanut butter and dates, blended in precise quantities to make the flavors stand out. Very tasty indeed.
