Do not order delivery from here. They don't seal the bags. My order was missing the side of slaw which I paid extra for. The wrap was also flavorless.

Came to the drive through line and was told by worker inside I’d have to wait 15mins just to order. She proceeded to tell me that they are short staffed and only have two workers inside and would just have to wait. I honestly didn’t see more workers than that inside and don’t think she was lying. Great food but that is definitely poor service.

It was trash. We were in line for over 25 minutes, and our smoothies were liquid.. They remade them, and they were nasty, no flavor, just thick ice... never going back. Smoothie King is a little further down, but they will be my place for now on.✌️

Ordered a pick up for a açaí bowl and waited minutes after pick up only to be told that they can’t make the bowl or issue a refund because it’s an online order and no one there can do it without the manager. Waste my money and time!

You guys have to do something about wait time in the drive thru. 35 minutes for a smoothie is way to long. Better system is needed. Online quick and easy,,, drive thru not some so much.

Rude, inattentive employees. I stood at the counter for (quite literally) over 3 minutes before I finally asked if I needed to order online to get a smoothie. The employee washing the blenders looked me in the face multiple times and never so much as greeted me. After I spoke up, the employee who was apparently the only one allowed to speak to customers came from around the corner and took my order. Luckily, the smoothies were tasty but not enough to wash the bitter taste out of my mouth. So much for southern hospitality.
