Fried green tomatoes blt was excellent! One diner has celiac and the server was knowledgeable and made good recommendations. Cobb salad was excellent! As was the French onion soup- made without bread. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! The food is wonderful and our service from Brent was impeccable! He was so knowledgable and very polite. I explained that it an anniversary celebration for us and if possible we would like a window view. We were sat at the best window view and they brought us a complimentary desert with a lit candle. If you're ever in Savannah, GA this is a must!

The restaurant was busy but our reservation got us in right away. The service was good and the food was tasty. They have a wide variety of cocktails to choose from as well for those wishing to partake. There are several seafood dishes and many other food options. Overall, the experience was good. The noise level is high so be prepared for an energetic and loud conversation while dining.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience. With the reservation, we were seated promptly without wait. The food we ordered was excellent tasting. Service was good, but the waiter didn't have much of a personality (just the facts ma'am...lol) Wife ordered: crab cakes and the Peach Trio for dessert. I ordered: 15oz Ribeye (that day's special) and the Pecan Pie with ice cream for dessert. We would definitely dine here again.

this was the first place where we were really treated WELL when in savannah. Aubrey made our experience so nice and so welcoming for our anniversary, beautiful place beautiful food amazing staff

We got a kind of last minute reservation and we were excited because this had been recommended heavily by my in laws. We ordered the seafood special trio, and I had a bunch of apps (crawfish beignets, octopus and beef carpaccio) as my meal because I couldn't decide. All the food (with the exception of the octopus- it was extremely chewy) was excellent as was the service. My only complaint is that since we were a late reservation(9:00), that it seemed the kitchen was trying to get out of there. We had asked for a couple things that we couldn't get because the kitchen had packed up already. We were not even offered dessert because the kitchen had left. We both work in hospitality so we understand wanting to go home but your guests should never feel that. First guests of the day are just as important as the last guests of the day. With that being said I'm hoping that was just a fluke- I'll be dreaming of the delicious she crab soup for a long time.

The fried chicken is generous, 1/2 chicken so both white and dark meat. The crab cake appetizer is just 1, rather small, cake. It was delicious but too small to share. The she crab soup was excellent. The table gets complimentary biscuits, but they are nothing special. People raved about the pecan pie. it was good but not extraordinary. The meatloaf had a very spicey sauce, but the portion was huge. I would eat here again. There is no on site parking and no valet parking when we were there. There is a fairly close parking garage, but it is a 4-5 minute walk. We enjoyed great weather, but it might be a problem if it is raining. Outdoors seating was unavailable although I specifically requested it when I made the reservation. I had confirmed the reservation the day before.

Biscuits were amazing. Onion soup just ok. I had the crab cake dinner. The asparagus was amazing, rissoto not so good and I really didn't like the crab cakes at all. They were narrow and tall, leaving middle tasting like they weren't cooked and I couldn't get past thinking was I eating raw egg. We also had a ribeye which was mostly fat... like better than half of it was fat. For $65ish dollars it was not worth it... nothing special. I really wanted to like this and was told the place was amazing. I'm guessing we just hit it on an off night.

Had a great time with first-time guests who joined us to celebrate double birthdays before a concert at Enmarket. Cher, our server, was friendly, engaging and very knowledgable of the restaurant and the menu. We had a fabulous time - - and will return many times.

Vic's never disappoints. We had the crab cakes and Caesar salad with grilled shrimp they were absolutely delicious. The crab cakes are at least 95% lump crabmeat. We always order them.

Food was OK. Nothing special. Prices were high. The staff, the front house, the hostess needs training. Not sure what's going on with restaurants these days where they feel they don't have to train their staff how to interface customers and provide quality service and exceptional experience host attitude. It was so bad brought up to the attention of the manager. He had attitude Needs to take a step back and look at its training

Honestly, it was just ok and not anything special. The food (she-crab soup, salmon main and shrimp & grits main was mediocre and martini (that I requested dry & ice cold) came room temp, so not great. Our server was VERY high energy & a bit much. Place was nice & it really wasn't overpriced, but food needs to be much better. Sometimes when a place gets too popular, something suffers - in this case the food & drinks.

Excellent experience overall! I took my friends to Savannah for the day. They had never been to Vic's. Loved it! The waitress noticed I had a birthday card on the table & brought me a complimentary flourless chocolate cake dessert. What a pleasant surprise! We'll definitely be back!

I ate there on St. Patricks Day with my friend after the parade. I ordered the short rib sandwich and it came without the coleslaw and the french fries. It was just the sandwich with some onion straws on top. I should have asked the waiter to bring the fries/coleslaw but he was so busy, I just figured I would not rock the boat (but your fries are fabulous!!). I was fine until I saw you automatically added a 20% gratuity to the bill (which I certainly understand on St Pats Day). The waiter should have seen the mistake when he brought it to the table. I must say I was disappointed this time around.

The environment and staff was nice. A bit overpriced for the quality of the food. The seafood was overcooked, shrimp and lobster. The bbq meatloaf was not appetizing due to the sauce being so vinagry and zesty. It was too overpowering.
