I visited the White Bluff Wendy’s on yesterday during lunch. I ordered 3 separate orders of chilli with cheese. At the first window, the gentleman didn’t like that I ordered 3 separate orders. I asked if it was ok to do prior to placing the order. I go to the 2nd window. I get my order in 2 bags so I asked can I get them bagged correctly because they were paid for separately and going to different people. The person told me “No” but she gave me another bag. 9 times out of 10, our take-home order is inaccurate. Alway the same location: 11303 White Bluff Rd. After we leave, we realize that something is missing in our order. The price charged reflects what we ordered. What’s in the bag doesn’t. It just happened again. What’s the reason? I don’t know. Maybe the system used by Wendy’s is flawed. At any circumstance, we are the ones penalized. Saying that I am disappointed is an understatement.
