YATAI ramen + yakitori Reviews
I was supposed to receive a refund for not receiving my app because it was sold out on my visit for dinner on January 1st. They only came over much later to ask if I would swap the app, but I had already ordered 3 others and the ramen was already out to most of my party. Also, my entree arrived much later than my party of 5 after I had to ask where it was. This was well after being promised a refund for the app and the manager coming over even to get my email address and it seemed...read full review
Terrible service, small portions and mid food. Don’t waste your time
Good food. The noodles were still fresh and hot when they were delivered home. Thank you!

YATAI ramen + yakitori is a vibrant restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. The tonkotsu ramen comes with thin pieces of bacon instead of the traditional chashu pork, and fish tofu on sticks is also available. Customers can customize their orders by adding items at an extra cost, so it’s good to be mindful of the final price.
The restaurant aims to create an outdoor noodle shop or cart atmosphere, with a lively vibe, great music, and anime playing on screens. The staff, especially Hawk, is helpful and quick to make guests feel comfortable. The food is flavorful and served in big portions for the price. Favorites include the Takoyaki, Gyoza, and Pork Belly buns. The Tonkotsu and Shoyu ramen are standout choices, and the homemade spicy garlic sauce remains a highlight.
A recent standout dish is the Birria Ramen, which has been called the most delicious meal encountered in 20 years of eating. Customers have described it as perfect, with beef cooked just right and noodles with the ideal texture. Some customers even broke vegetarianism for this ramen. To-go orders keep the noodles and beef separate from the broth, ensuring they don’t get soggy. Many find this ramen to be a new favorite and often think about it long after visiting.
The ability to add to ramen bowls enhances the experience, making it better than other places. The drink selection, including Japanese and Korean options, is also appreciated, with staff able to recommend flavors. The service is generally fast and professional, though the inside can get quite hot during summer. Despite the heat, the staff works hard to provide quick and attentive service, making YATAI a popular spot for families and anime lovers alike. The overall atmosphere is lively and fun, perfect for enjoying Japanese comfort food.
