2/18/24 8:52 employee taking orders with gray/white jacket was slamming bags on the counter when we pulled to the window. Very rude on the headset and was huffing breathe behind the headset.

Does not treat there employees fairly, especially in a situation of losing a loved one. As I assume, the attendance due to the medical condition then funeral is/ was being held against an employee. The manager was unfriendly about the situation and had no compassion.

Ordered a chicken finger meal with unsweet tea to go. I get sweet tea (had to be tossed), undercooked chicken fingers (had to be tossed for safety), and no fork to eat the coleslaw. In the end I had mediocre fries and the need to eat later for $13.

I want to thank Zaxbys for providing my DOG with a meal today. I asked if the chicken could be put on THE SIDE....and it's even on the receipt. I am vegan and I do not eat animals glesh. And I cannot simply take it off cuz the animal residue is still there. I see that yall must need to retrain ur staff.....Money down the drain. Guess I have to east something else seeing that I'm home already.....My dogs appreciate ur NON-EFFORT

My experience was awful and it’s sad how y’all hire new people and have a child running cashier his first day and a guy in blue shirt gives this cashier attitude cause he asked for help on October 22nd 2023 when all them walking around should have help him and all the other employees just walking by him like they don’t see him struggling with guests .why the hell he wouldn’t help him with orders and guests.it’s sad when you can’t get the help he needed from his coworkers. I was there visiting in Savannah and me and my family and friends felt sad for him .I am a manager at my job and never have I ever seen anyone that had attitude towards a cashier specially since he’s new to the job.I wanted to go behind the counter and help him .all them need to be wrote up for that night.and others guest witness it as well .dam shame

I can't comment on the food because I wasn't able to place a catering order. The website was showing the cost of a salad for 12 people at $101!!! When I called I was told the website "does that sometimes" and to try again in the morning to speak to the GM. They had no way to adjust an order once it was placed at the incorrect cost (I offered to complete the order online with the wrong cost if they could adjust it).BEFORE I called I once again tried to go thru the website, but it was still showing the incorrect cost. When I called I was spoken to as if I had never used a website...the GM was very condescending and told me he didn't know why it wasn't working for me. He offered no assistance or alternate options at all. He told me the only way to place an order was thru the website and couldn't help me. I understand that I was trying to place a last minute catering order, but I called the night before with the same problem and was told ONLY the GM could help me...he was not any help and he was rude.Sorry Zaxby's...Chick-Fil-A for the win. Called them this morning after I told the GM he could F*#K off. They took the order over the phone and are bending over backwards to make sure the order is delivered by 11 this morning. I will not attempt to use this Zaxby's ever again.@Zaxbys do better!!
