The lady at front was very caring and made sure that I needed everything. Zaxbys is the zest zhicken hands down
“Who’s got the sauce?” Not Zaxby’s apparently. If I pay $15 for a 5 finger plate, it’s absolutely insane to think 1 sauce cup is enough. Then, to have the nerve to charge .25 cents to my card when I need a second one? LoL. I hope that quarter was worth the revenue lost from me coming back for lunch. Based on customer reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has mixed experiences. Customer service can be excellent, with polite and patient staff who have a positive attitude. One supervisor on the day shift was truly phenomenal, greeting customers, checking on staff, and bagging orders. The crew seemed calm and confident, and the food was fresh, like the cobb salad. However, other reviews describe horrible customer service. Portions size is small, fries were old, and there was no sauce on the nibbler. One order of wings came with a Crumbl cookie that had long maggots. Mobile orders are difficult to get through the drive thru, requiring a long wait in a curbside spot. Despite this, some find it the best Zaxbys in Savannah, with food that is always hot and fresh and good customer service.
