One supervisor on the day shift was truly phenomenal, greeting customers, checking on staff, and bagging orders. The crew seemed calm and confident, and the food was fresh, like the cobb salad. However, other reviews describe horrible customer service. Portions size is small, fries were old, and there was no sauce on the nibbler. One order of wings came with a Crumbl cookie that had long maggots. Mobile orders are difficult to get through the drive thru, requiring a long wait in a curbside spot. Despite this, some find it the best Zaxbys in Savannah, with food that is always hot and fresh and good customer service.
