Ive heard so many great things about this place so I've been wanting to try it. OH MY GRACIOUS!!!!!! So incredibly yummy. I'm a stickler for BLTs and theres was truly the best--big thick slice of perfectly ripe tomato, generous portion of perfectly cooked bacon and the lettuce was fresh and crisp. The huge portions of potato salad and mac and cheese were just delicious!!! The mac n cheese was just like mom used to make and the potato salad was soooo great. I'm also picky about my sweet tea and theres was amazing. David was so friendly and I just love the feel of the dining room. Large padded chairs and dining room table, just like home. Truly a gem place. Cant wait to go back for breakfast!! Check em out!

The food is fresh and plentiful. The servings are generous. It is true hime cooking 😋. Cynthia, server/owner is very gracious. We would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Decent soul food option, not as flavorful but it will get the job done. Menu items tend to be missing sometimes. The mac and cheese stinks sometimes like the ingredients are old. Nothing tasted rotten but had a stink aroma. Friendly enough staff with pretty good customer service. My biggest complaint is consistency. The food isn’t consistent, I’ve been here about 6 times in total and usually the main dishes are cooked differently each time, with the side dishes being generally the same. Sometimes there is breading on the pork chops sometimes not. Sometimes they give you a generous plate of oxtail and sometimes not. Sometimes they give you a large portion of sides and sometimes not. Stay away from the wings because, just no.

Don't waste your money! We ordered breakfast thru doordash. Food was reasonably priced for Doordash but was lacking in taste. The breakfast sandwich was thin and super salty. The 1 slice of bacon could not save this sandwich. The cheese grits were wierdly stiff with unmelted cheese on top and zero flavor, not even salt and pepper. The beef sausage was 1 big piece with tough skin that couldn't be chewed. A straight mess! I will NEVER order from them again. Order at your own risk, you've been warned!

I gave a 4 because the baked Mac and cheese was bland nothing to it but noodles and cheese. Everything else was pretty good I’ll definitely be ordering some pigs feet and ribs again

This place was the first local restaurant I tried during my 13 weeks in Tucker, GA. The family that owns and works in it are beautiful.people. Even in all the CRAZY Atlanta traffic, I would drive out of my way to eat there once a week. Food ....unbelievably mouth watering.
