Came into the store to place an order for take out at 920pm.Store closes at 11pm The cashier was very nice ready to have me pay then a gentleman interrupts her & says "No stop that we are not placing anymore orders" He then sat outside & lit his joint with another guy & relaxed. Terrible customer service.Been to Marco's several times but never to this one.

I picked up a lage order for a party. As soon as I walked in they asked if it was me. Everything was ready, correct and piping hot. They made sure I had any extras like parmesan and offered to help me get it out to the car.Really great service, thank you!

Pizza and wings were good, but curbside was apparently just a suggestion that they decided not to act on. Had to go in and wait for one of the kids to even acknowledge my presence while my food was just sitting there. Do better Marcos!

*Edit to add information:Today is February 27, 1999The order total was $30.04Order #170 and received thru deliveryWaited 2 hours for them to leave an imprint in our cheese bread and not even top half the pizza. Called back at 9:50 and they’re “closed”. Horrible food and service.

Do not eat here! I called in my food when I arrived two employees were outside smoking cigarettes and then proceeded to go back in and I saw one of the employees immediately touch food without washing hands. Also my pizza was undone and I could not eat it. Definitely a waste of my $17!

After waiting for 20 mins to place my order , what I got was bread and cheese and shadow of steak on it . The quality was not good at all.
Today is Thursday, January 18th. A New employee who gave me the name King ( was advised they had no employee by that name) advised he could not help with a wrong order that proved 12/29/23. Explained I could come back at 5 pm. I explained this is an inconvenience and he just repeated he was new and that their is nothing he could do. I ordered Ultimate Magnifico. I received a pepperoni pizza. I asked the young lady who answered the phone what was on the pizza I ordered. She could not tell me. I was not surprised I got the wrong order. I talked to Kayla who advised I could come and get order replaced. Today I was denied my replacement because he is NEW. I explained to him this service is horrible and he made it worse. I do not recommend this location. Seems very unorganized and run by people who are not equipped to do a simple job. This has been the worst customer service I have received at a Marco's? I wish I could give No stars. 1 star is too good for this location. I probably would not ever return to this location.***** Follow up I called back, asked to speak to mgr the young lady answered, she came back and asked how could she help. When I told her about my experience, she then went and got the Manger ( really) she gets on the phone with an attitude like I did something wrong asking why did I not come back the same day...customer service is really awful these days. I've had this happen once before and Never have I experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior. The lying employee who would not give his name correct name was taking orders,cashing out customers passing food, and making pizza. did not see him wash his hands between transactions. pray over your food.

I wish I read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered 2 pepperoni calzones and what I received was 80% bread and 20 % meat and cheese. I may as well ordered bread sticks. This is ridiculous. They need to get rid of that young crew that's there. They play more than prepare food correctly.

Horrible customer service... they gave me the most undone pizza which I didn't check until I got home. Mind you I live 20 mins away and only stopped by cause my little one was at her moms house. I called back and told them the pizza was undone (dough tasted undone mainly) and the cheese on the entire pizza was deflated (pics don't even show the entire issue and I can't post my videos that were much clearer on here). Nevertheless once I called back they informed me they would take my name down and provide me a pizza as a replacement. Long story short, when I went back they said they don't do that and don't give customers free pizzas. Tbh I would have returned the pizza the same day but I was already home once I realized and I also informed the lady I wouldn't be willing to drive back BUT if she told me that was the ONLY way instead of pretending to write my name down I wouldn't even be mad. THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF LIL KIDS WORKING THERE WITH MINIMAL ADULT SUPERVISION (they watch the phone ring while standing 2 inches away from it) and it's no wonder why their pizza tastes/looks worse than EVER before. I was raised in Scottdale, this establishment making our neighborhood look bad with their trash service. I AM NOT coming back until it is under new management!!!

Service is horrible. Was given wrong order. When I went back to retrieve it. A New employee advised he would no assist due him being new. Spoke to Mgr later that evening she was equally rude. The Mgr I originally spoke was gone. Witness the rude new employee make pizza, cash out customers and pass out pizza WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, when returned to make orders. I do not recommend and will never come back. . Food cost to much for bad service.
