My significant other and I dined in today around 11:30/noon and we had a pleasant experience. Clean tables, quick and delightful staff. We unfortunately witnessed a very rude and aggressive customer come inside and cause a scene. This man was SO ugly and mean towards the staff. They reacted to him in the kindest and well tempered way. Keeping a smile on their face and even tone while rushing around the back building orders. This place needs new managers, a complete rehaul and perhaps retraining. I've never been to any other McDonald's that has consistently been out of one or more menu items. Staff just don't care, and that reflects.
It took a while for them to bring my curbside order out so I ended up going inside and my food half of the sandwich was burnt.
