Heirloom Donuts

We are not local and stopped here on our way home. Our 4 year old LOVES donuts and Heirloom did not disappoint! Ari helped us and she was amazing! (Give her a raise!) Ari was so pleasant and has a beautiful smile. The donuts were tasty and BIG! We will be back!

Based on the website I expected a super cute and friendly homemade bakery with a variety of donuts, bagels, and pastries. The inside is actually like a Dunkin’ Donuts and all the donuts looked like Kristy Kreme style and not very homemade-like. There were no bagels, pastries, nor did they even have coffee! They didn’t even have any cream filled donuts and said they couldn’t fill any donut with cream, which is strange. They just had a slim selection of mediocre looking donuts. Nevertheless, My group and I ordered a variety of donuts to try and I’m sorry to say we all thought they were awful. The dough is very thick and heavy and I feel after eating one donut like I ate an entire loaf of bread. Each donut was totally flavorless and sugary at the same time. Frosting was barely there. The apple fritter was inedible and was by far the worst apple fritter I’ve had in my life. It tasted like fake apple flavoring. On top of that, the staff were not friendly in the slightest and not helpful. This was our first and last time here. If you’re looking for an actual bakery or good quality donuts look elsewhere.

35$ dozen ? Wow. Menu said $19 you pick . Crazy how these places do this. Then get to register and they say oh it’s only for the “OG” donuts. Funny how they explained everything else in the store exact that. So shady! Omg make it even worse there’s nothing in this cream filled donut

Love their donuts and coffee! Great staff and their always professional. The Maple Bacon donuts my go to. Yum!;They run out most of the time! They should make extra. Overall love this place!

I truly don’t understand this place. Never has enough donuts to last a full day of business. I don’t think that it makes this place great because it sells out so quick. No one should have to rush to a place as soon as they open to ensure they can browse a selection of goods and something let alone what they want. Inventory stock needs to seriously be reevaluated. Why stay open until 7 if you are sold out by 2? I’m done coming here.

We’ve been trying to find a good donut spot since moving to the area. We found Heirloom Donuts online and decided to give it a try.
Upon entering the bakery we were warmly greeted. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The donuts were fresh and they had many flavors to choose from. The coffee was also delicious. They were a little on the expensive side, but were delicious so I’d purchase them again, just not as frequently.

Over priced and over rated. Every filled donut I have ever purchased barely has filling. ... about 2 or less teaspoons.

First time here I was a little overwhelmed by the menu but Alexa was so helpful and helped me break it down to understand it without making me feel like I was annoying or slow. She even helped us decide on the best options go to with as far as donuts and bundle deals. She was such a sweetheart. Definitely made our whole day! These Donuts are delicious!

Just Perfect try it out

We had Heirloom bake the cake for my daughter's wedding. Several guests mentioned it was the best wedding cake they ever tasted. Casey and her team did a fantastic job and did everything my daughter wanted on the cake. The doughnut wall was a huge success too. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Casey, you were perfect, thank you
