35$ dozen ? Wow. Menu said $19 you pick . Crazy how these places do this. Then get to register and they say oh it’s only for the “OG” donuts. Funny how they explained everything else in the store exact that. So shady! Omg make it even worse there’s nothing in this cream filled donut

First time here I was a little overwhelmed by the menu but Alexa was so helpful and helped me break it down to understand it without making me feel like I was annoying or slow. She even helped us decide on the best options go to with as far as donuts and bundle deals. She was such a sweetheart. Definitely made our whole day! These Donuts are delicious!

Just Perfect try it out

We had Heirloom bake the cake for my daughter's wedding. Several guests mentioned it was the best wedding cake they ever tasted. Casey and her team did a fantastic job and did everything my daughter wanted on the cake. The doughnut wall was a huge success too. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Donuts and cake are tasty. Brownies are my only food there that doesn’t meet the chocolate quality taste test.

Boxes are way too cheap and flimsy. I have dropped my donuts before when opening to bar due to the cheap box

These donuts are definitely not homemade and taste like they are mass produced. The icing was absolutely disgusting and tastes like plastic. The best thing about the donuts was the sprinkles. The best part was the price i paid did not reflect what was shown on there main menu behind the counter. After i pointed out their mistake, i still was charged the higher price. You sell one product and the least you could do is make it homemade.

Really the best donuts around! However, is it just me, or have the donuts gotten smaller?

I’m thinking the best time to grab donuts is first thing in the morning from here. I was excited to try for the first time and I happened to go around 1pm. The inside of the shop is adorable and I loved the DIY donut bar option (great for kids, etc.) I ordered 4 donuts and an apple cinnamon muffin. The muffin seemed more fluffy and moist than the donuts. For the price, the donuts were dry even though they were beautifully decorated and displayed. Will try again when they first open another time.

This place is amazing!!! This is our first time ever going and the donuts were delicious. Jenna's customer service was so exceptional, I would come back for new items and her service. We were truly blown away!!!
