The food was actually great, but the service and cleanliness were horrible.

The honey packets we were given were covered in sticky honey, so I went to the restroom to wash my hands. When I opened the paper towel dispenser, I found it broken with an opened pack of cigarillos sitting inside. That’s completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.

To make matters worse, my son said the cashier tossed the honey and hot sauce packets at him instead of simply handing them to him. That’s not the level of customer service anyone should expect.

The night crew appeared to be made up of teenagers and young adults who lacked professionalism and pride in their work. The food may have been good, but the customer service and overall condition of the restaurant completely overshadowed the experience. Management needs to do a better job supervising the evening shift and maintaining basic cleanliness standards.

My wife ordered there new box dinner for $6. All they asked her is if she wanted chicken or tenders. She got a tiny wing and a thigh along with a biscuit and 2 sides. That being said I ordered a number 4 3 piece meal and got thw same as my wife. Not sure if it was the staff tonight but that was the worst service we have had there since we moved down here. They are usually very nice there and spot on with your order. Well I wont be there for a good bit have to start using KFC

I didn't like the wrap. It was messy to eat and I love spicy foods but the spice in this item didn't seem to enhance the flavor,

The food was good this time. This location can be hit or miss but today they did a good job. The chicken was hot and fried correctly

I ordered a chicken sandwich the bottom bun was torn and when I picked the sandwich up it fell apart

I was in the store today and I over heard a tall slider man who I believe is a manager yelling at the other employees I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN if this is tolerated at this store. How very rude and unprofessional. Owners you need to do something about this before you lose more customers!
