Very slow you're always waiting to place your order then when you finally place your order they put you on the side of the building then someone come out with the wrong food to your car first then they come back with your order no napkins no silverware

I've had so many bad experiences with Popeyes. I was driving from Newnan to Peachtree City simply because of a horrible experience at the Newnan location. I had no idea I've been passing this Sharpsburg location. The staff was so attentive and professional. I felt like an appreciated paying customer. Thank you to the man who changed some items on my order with NO attitude and a smiling face and thanks to the manager for stepping in to find out if I was having issues with my app. He was taking care of some other business but still took time to address my small concern which I really didn't have an issue. This is a location I will always return to and share my experience with others due to the kindness and respect shown today!

As I was eating, it didn't taste right so I happened to look down at the chicken and it was not cooked all the way through. Still was pink and pale on the inside.

The customer service and food were awesome at the 95 Fischer Crossing location. I placed a mobile order, but put the wrong location. That location was 26 minutes away. As my husband and I were walking out the door, a young lady named Keiyyana came up to us and asked, " What's wrong? I'll help you." She resolved the issue professionally, puickly, and with excellent manners. She went above and beyond the call of duty. If she is not the manager, she should be. Her service made the food taste even more delicious than usual. We left full and happy..

We only use the drive thru for all our orders, but the service is always stellar, the chicken is always hot and juicy, which is why we return time and time again.

The last 4 times i’ve come to this location they have forgotten my item/items or overcharged and wouldn’t give me a refund for the extra food that they gave me. This time i was the only car in the line and it took 15+ minutes of waiting at the white line just for them to forget my fries and wait another 10mins inside. Once my arrival inside i see a worker putting her ungloved hands in the box of my forgotten fries. Terrible experience after terrible experience at this establishment.

The person behind the counter had a sucker in his mouth the entire time he was interacting with us!! We could barely understand a word coming out of his mouth!! Food was barely warm and no condiments were offered for our chicken strips. There were no other customers, and drive thru was slow, yet the dining room was a mess. Trash overflowing, no condiments or lids at the drink station. We will not be returning.

Usually great service and quick but today I ordered something.. asked them to make sure it was there and they said it was..I got home and it was not..I guess I should have checked but I they were so confident it was there. My bad and their bad but mostly their bad..

This is now the third time we have ordered Popeyes. We order through Door dash and this is now the third time we have received either the wrong food or missing all of our sauces. We don’t plan to use y’all moving forward. We can never get our order correct.
