This place didn’t have to be the way it was. Hard to explain but it’s like the staff doesn’t care and it shows in the food. I ordered 6 lemon pepper dry and other peoples food was coming up before mine and they ordered after me. Plus the wings were small (not a huge deal) but they were extremely dry on the inside. Like the oil was old or something. Idk, I feel like how can you mess up wings when that’s all you’re making????

Yea they do an amazing job on cooking the food and making it well enjoyable BUT I don't think they take inconsideration of how much the food cost vs the amount they give, at least three (3) times have they've shortened me on sub meat.. maybe it's me but the cost to quantity is absurd...

So I went today and the cook refused to make half xcrispy and half regular wings on a 20 piece. I literally got the same thing yesterday. The short husky one.

The wing size will always be an issue because of demand but this restaurant comes very close in taste to the origin that made the buffalo wings famous which is JR Crickets. The tenderness, just the right amount of seasoning for the desired taste sold with the original celery sticks and blue cheese but they all forget to pull the celery string so it doesn't get in the teeth.The wings should have a certain amount of sweetness and stickiness, and dryness. These are the things they have not perfected. Corn starch is one secret when frying and removing all water using a paper towel before frying, so when I'm in the mood for perfect buffalo wings I make them at home. 2nd to that is American Deli.Wheelchair accessibility: It is available and there is handicap parking in front of the door.
Ordered through the American Deli website.My ONLY option was to select Doordash for pickup.Get to the store after they texted me to say the order was ready…only to find out they couldn’t process my order. However, they did allow my husband to place an order through them.Something is not right with that!!!Terrible customer service!!!!!!

We had the best hamburger! The service is great and all the counter associates are friendly. I chose to come here rather than the American deli on Floyd Rd. They're less than a mile from my house, but they aren't customer service oriented.
