the calzones are fantastic!!
3.9/10. May be some of the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. I was double charged on the same topping per slice as well. What was a $7 Lunch special became $24. I should have gotten a large pizza at that point. But this wasn’t food I would have given to a homeless person. Completely dry, no sauce, cheese was hard, burnt crust. I’m shocked it was as packed as it was. Wait time on food also took too long. I will never be back.

Blue Moon Pizza of Smyrna is a good high end popular pizza place inside the west village apartment area. The food is delicious, with garlic knots, sausage & ricotta calzone, gluten free bruschetta, pizza, and dessert brownie all yummy and fresh. The staff is awesome, and servers are phenomenal. There is plenty of seating, and guests can eat outside on the patio. The atmosphere is okay, though some note ground black pepper around the pizza crust. The chicken sausage ingredient has changed, which is now terrible for regulars. The pizzas cost a lot but taste good, so worth the price. The service is great, and none of these things would keep guests from returning for a meal now and then.
