CHECK. YOUR. ORDER!I used to blindly trust that Chik Fil A will always give me the right order/items BUT for the second time in 2 weeks, I've received the wrong order at this location!I ignored it the first time, because we all make mistakes... but twice in a row is clearly NOT a one-off.

This review is for an online order catering pickup experience. Everything was on time and food was hot and fresh. The only thing was that they left me stranded on the plates and plastic ware. The online order I put to have enough plates for 40. I had my brother pick up the order and they gave us nothing but the food. I called to have them deliver the plates and they refused. I would have never expected Chickfila to mess this up. Very dissappointed in my first catering experience with them.

This was a great dine in fast food experience I have had in a long time. After making my order the employees delivered my order to the table. It was clean and comfortable, aside from some other guests that had a noisy children.

This was my first and last time at this location. I ordered a market salad and it was terrible. The salad hardly had any fruit and the lettuce wasn’t as fresh as other CFA. It was just thrown together and was not enjoyable at all. I have never left a review for any CFA but unfortunately this was the exception.

We always order on the app and choose the closest location—which is this store. Tonight when I rolled up the team member couldn’t find my order. He asked if I was “at the right location because there are two.” My wife had ordered so I opened her phone and read the address to him and he said “that’s the other location.” So I drive over to the other one and they are like… “no, he was wrong, that’s definitely the address of the other store.” So I drive BACK to the original location and go inside to get my order and when I get home IT WASN’T EVEN CORRECT.How does this happen?

I would put zero stars if I was able to but in order to leave a review you have to at least put one. I had a HORRIBLE experience while purchasing breakfast this morning. I ordered chicken minis and upon arriving home I realized they left the CHICKEN out of my chicken minis…. I’m sure it goes unsaid I was appalled & upset. I drove back to CFA Smyrna in hopes that they would make it right and all I was met with was a less than favorable attitude from the MANAGER, Andrea. When I asked for a gift card to compensate my time she declined & said she could issue me a refund, if I wanted a refund I wouldn’t have gone to CFA… I wanted the food as I was hungry. Additionally, because breakfast had just ended moments before I had to get lunch and when I asked for a sunjoy to accompany my order Andrea, the MANAGER, said “didn’t you get a coffee with this order?”. Who wants a coffee with lunch, especially when CFA left the Chicken out of the chicken minis (I mean chicken is in the name of the restaurant, tf?). I am extremely disappointed in this experience and for the sake of all parties involved I will not be back to this location. Daniel, if you are reading this, I highly suggest you re-evaluate your leadership and demote Andrea until she can learn the CFA way, as her attitude does not reflect your branding and there are not enough “my pleasures” in the world to undo what she did this morning. I’m truly wishing y’all the best moving forward because if she continues to be the face of your leadership, I see some hard times for you all in the future. Signed a very unhappy customer that won’t be back.
