I agree with previous posts about her as I had a very similar experience with her nasty, ugly, and unnecessary attitude today. The fact that she’s still there after treating customers how she does is weird. I will be calling corporate as well!

Chipotle is a rip off. Fill up on rice and then you won't notice the small portioned protein. Charges for chips and salsa and hardly any topping choices. My money is better spent at Willys.

Nellie who stated she was the manager at this location was the absolute worst. I don't write reviews often, but this had to be said. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. The audacity to argue back and forth with a paying and loyal customer is extremely unacceptable. Please investigate further if management is reading this. Your location will lack customers because of this young lady if you don't address this soon! From the looks of these reviews I am not the only one who has complained about her.

This location is normally horrible but I came I. During lunch today and the line ran like a machine. In and out in 8 min during lunch hour and they finally had all the ingredients. I saw a manager there that I haven’t seen before. I’m sure she’s the reason why. Thank you for finally getting it together Chipotle!!

WORST LOCATION CHIPOTLE EVER !!!! I went in because my boyfriend ordered but forgot my limes and chipotle tabasco. Some young child, light skinned with tattoos maybe on her neck or face with a bad lacefront, im assuming she was the shift manager told me that Chipotle doesn't and has never given out limes and made a whole situation about it when I know thats not true. Ive been eating it that way since 2004. I asked for chipotle tabasco and proceeded to walk out with a fresh bottle annoyed but satisfied. She followed me outside to record nothing but the high beams from my lights. ????Please dont mess with my food you will lose eveytime

Each time I order from here, they are so welcoming and accommodating. I made an order on DoorDash and there wasn’t a half & half option for what I wanted. I called The store and they were able to do it for me!
Feel free to go here if you want your food to be thrown at you and yelled at by employees then be gaslit by manager. The lady in line behind me was like she’s trying to get through the line so she can talk to you privately… you had no problem disrespecting me publicly so why would i wait for you to be disrespectful privately. The service at this chipotle is trash and its a wonder that it has yet to be addressed because reading through the reviews its more than evident that it is the same people being disrespectful.

So I’m not the only one Naomi Eagle. That lady you took a picture of did the same thing today. Actually she picked off what I didn’t ask for because she lacks customer service skills and threw it on the table behind her. Cameras should catch the silliness around 2:20 pm today. She’s always the worst person in the store. I feel sorry for the team doing there best at this location. This is my last time going until she is transferred to another location. Terrible customer service!!! She needs to be in another field/line of work.

Unfair hiring practices how you have a mother supervising her kids on the same shift. OSHA also need to be called to the store because I have gotten sick off of Queso because it's at the incorrect room temperature Janelly Plumber is the manager there and she is as rude as they come.
