“My experience at this location was just like any other Tim Hortons location except this one was definitely more expensive. The food and coffee tasted the same as what I’ve had at other locations, but the price difference stood out and made it feel less worth the value. The service was average—nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. The seating area could have been a little cleaner, and while it was convenient for a quick stop, I couldn’t help but feel that I was paying more for the same experience I usually get elsewhere.“

“Had another wonderful breakfast yesterday. Food was hot when the friendly hostess Shantel served us. She was wonderful in making sure our order was to our satisfaction & supplied us with silverware & napkins. Staff is always friendly & makes us feel welcome. St. Petersburg store“
“Decaf is created by water pressure washing somewhere in Canada -- not the usual chemical process, so much better taste. Choice of non-dairy milks is pretty good. The decrease in the local office population had them cutting back staff (an Amazon move, I assume.) Lots of pastries. Very personable staff. We've been customers there since the store opened. WF moved the bar down there recently but haven't renovated yet to allow for stools, etc. They do have supply issues sometimes, but I believe that's partly an Allegro issue and partly the difficulty of scheduling deliveries to a high density location. Headed over there now to get a chai latte with oatmilk.“

“When I visit a coffee shop for the first time, I order an espresso, and a black coffee to experience the quality of the coffee used and crafting. Bolivar is an absolute YES. The coffee and ingredients are quality, the atmosphere is beautiful and the service is genuine. Having visited multiple times now, sometimes I walk in and it feels like I've walked into gathering in my own family's living room. Thank you Bolivar for loving coffee. It shows.“
