“My husband and I have been wanting to try Cafe Blue Roastery for a while now and now that we finally got to we are NOT disappointed!! He got a medium roast hand drip and I got the Iced Butterfly Pea Flower Latte. Mine is INCREDIBLE!! Lightly floral and so clean and fresh! I’ll be back for the White Snow and Black Sesame lattes next!🤩“

“Not a full blown cafe but there are a few seats. Yes, they're old repurposed airplane seats but that's part of the fun.
Coffee is fantastic, but I especially love that they actually know coffee. All I want is a real macchiato but every place I go does it differently. At Starbucks they put 1 part coffee to about 4 parts milk, whatever to fill up the cup. At Espressos up the road they put 1 part coffee to 1 part milk...still too much milk despite telling them I only wanted a whisper of milk. Boarding Pass does it right. I told them I wanted a macchiato like they make in Italy and he knew exactly what i was talking about. So delicious. And bonus, they will tell you exactly where your beans are from and the weather on the mountain during harvest season and all kinds of coffee geek stats. Delish and fun.
Don't miss the 1st Friday of each month when a local realtor named Kelly buys coffee for all patrons until 9:30am-ish (not sure the start/end times). What a treat.“

“I made coming to Zoom my day off routine! I get an Iced Cafe Mocha and the Carrot Hummus Sandwich and everything is always sooooo yummy! The owner is so sweet and I am always greeted with a smile! I love this place ❤❤❤“

“When it comes to coffee I seek out reponsible roasters who put people first. I recently ordered 2lbs of their Sumatra Lintong and it is amazingly smooth with an immeasurable depth. It arrived quickly with a very nice hand written note - excellent all the way around🤓“

“Love the dining experience, food came out quick and drinks were delicious. I got a mango refresher and ice vanilla chai. Better than Starbucks and dunkin. Not too sweet and all worth it. #1 thing I recommend is the chicken cheese melt which is sadly only available after 11, but honestly yall worth the wait. “We were up this way for a concert and we dropped by twice. This was one of the best coffees we have ever had and our girls had flavored Italian sodas. We will always swing by when we’re up this way. Everyone was super nice and the Coffee was phenomenal!!“
