My husband and I have been wanting to try Cafe Blue Roastery for a while now and now that we finally got to we are NOT disappointed!! He got a medium roast hand drip and I got the Iced Butterfly Pea Flower Latte. Mine is INCREDIBLE!! Lightly floral and so clean and fresh! I’ll be back for the White Snow and Black Sesame lattes next!🤩

The quality of the coffee and espresso is immediately noticeable, with properly pulled, rich espresso that has a velvety, carmely feel. Customers enjoy specific meals like an Oat Milk Latte with 2 shots of espresso, an everything bagel with cream cheese that is toasted to perfection, a tuna smash on sourdough, and an iced white mocha that is beautiful and delicious. The menu also features creative unique offerings made with corn, pea flower, and black sesame. The space is spotless with comfortable seating that has a great amount of padding for the seat and back. The service is quick, direct, and truly unmatched. The staff genuinely enjoy what they do, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The vibe is positive and inviting. Customers are varied, including a large Asian-American population, students, and working adults. The noise level is not too loud, with some music in the background. A more visible or larger menu would be helpful, as the ordering screen can cause a crunch for new customers. There are also limited sizes and some stinginess with espresso. Overall, the quality and creativity set Cafe Blue apart.
