I started off with a bad experience. I sat in the bar area for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. But the Manager, Antonio was outstanding. He made my experience worth the wait. Antonio went beyond to make me feel special. I felt like I was the only person in the restaurant, and the restaurant was full. Jim N Nicks is one of my favorite places to eat. Absolutely incredible food! I had their Brisket with Mac & cheese and coleslaw. The brisket was so tender that I didn’t even need to chew it - absolute perfection! The coleslaw and Mac & cheese were delicious!

I live closer to the Hiram location and fell in love with this restaurant. I don't always have time to cook a meal and it's a great option when you want something real, not fast food or microwaved. I don't mind the line in the drive thru, if you're waiting long then you know it's being cooked as you ordered.I stopped at the Smyrna location traveling back from Atlanta. There was an issue with my order, and after reaching out on the site, Keith Warren called me, apologized for the inconvenience and rectified the problem. They do care about their customers and I will be back at this location.

Love me some JNN their food is phenomenal, and their customer service is unmatched!!! 5⭐️
I actually give 5 stars to the hostess and to the kitchen. The hostess was friendly and highly professional. Lunch was great and I thank you for a quality lunch for my team! One star goes to the female employee handling phoned in orders. She was needlessly aggressive and very rude, almost bullyish, and because of her nasty attitude our company will never order from this location again. She needs a class in customer service and treating others with a modocom of respect. I'm disappointed and disgusted.

I'm being fair, yet nice in my review. Upon entering, I asked the hostess for a booth, and was seated shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, I wasn't greeted by anyone until Michael, the bartender asked me if I had been helped. I observed several people cleaning off tables, but no customer service. He welcomed me to the bar and told me that he would take care of me, which I thought was a remarkable gesture. I honestly thought that at the very least, a manager would greet me, take my order, and let the server in that section continue service for the remainder of my visit. That didn't happen at all. Interestingly enough, I've ordered takeout several times from here, and received way better service. I could also see if it was terribly busy in here. During then time of this review, it still hasn't been very busy, and not one manager even cared to address this concern. If you are looking for real customer service, see Michael, and he will take care of you without hesitation.

I'm not sure how dining in is, but whenever my in-laws are in town this is the place we order from for family style dinner... They are so welcoming when I come in to pick up my to go order. Everything I've eaten here has been amazing. (I always complain to myself about the amount of mac N cheese because I'm greedy and I'm entitled when it comes to good mac N cheese) I just reheated leftovers and the leftovers were better than last night.... and the flavor in those d4mn Greens! Just trust me. My mother in law approves too!

I DoorDash here and everytime I come in Lawrence greets me with a smile, makes sure I’ve been helped with my order I’m waiting on, and asks if I’d like a drink if I have to wait for a minute., and best of all provides great customer service with small talk and a smile! Not only that, but I’ve been DoorDash in the area for a year plus, and I’ve seen a lot of people come and go but he’s been solid here the whole time! He deserves a promotion for real!
