We’ve been here before but there has been a big change in the cleanliness & service. We weren’t going to go back again but it was much better. Our margarita pizza was delicious! Thanks to Alley and Ian for taking good care of us.

Hands down my favorite pizza spot. The food is always fresh, hot, and made with care. If the food isn't enough to keep you coming back.... The staff are amazing. The local family restaurant vibes can make anyone feel at home. Thanks Ally, Sherie, and the crew!

The Tuscan chicken pasta was amazing! I enjoyed the staff they were very friendly and the dark headed girl made me and my friends laugh.

I am in town for work and passed by this place the manager Alley was great! I tried the chicken Caesar wrap it was great! 😊 Thank you Alley

My wife and I were in town for the weekend and just had to grab some pizza. So glad we chose here cause the vibes are immaculate, the service was great, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

I visited this restaurant while visiting Georgia and I ordered a few slices, a salad and a meatball sandwich w fries. Imagine coming home with no sub? While mistakes happen it was the attitude I got when I called back no empathy and this big “oh well” attitude. The only reason I didn’t give this place a zero was the young lady at the counter

Great Service great food !

If you’re looking for a place where your order is ignored and your concerns are laughed off, this would be it. I ordered two cheese slices with sun-dried tomatoes and clearly asked for sauce. The pizza that was given to me had clearly been sitting out and did not reflect what I requested—no proper toppings, no attention to detail.

While waiting, I noticed the employee making faces, which I initially ignored—until I received my food and realized why. When I politely questioned the order, both the cashier and another employee laughed instead of addressing the issue. That alone was unacceptable.

It then took multiple attempts—far more than it should have—to receive a refund and my tip back. Even then, I was told there was “nothing wrong” with the pizza, despite the obvious issue (which I’ve included in my photo).

What’s disappointing is that I frequent Johnny’s Pizza locations across Atlanta and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. This was not a complicated order, and there was no manager available to step in or correct the situation.

Being new is understandable—being dismissive and disrespectful is not.
