This the closest KK store to me. They are the worst in the Atlanta area.
They ALWAYS run out of seasonal doughnuts early. They never smile. They’re not welcoming.

Honestly I’ve called to check on inventory prior to driving there only to reach dead-air

The people who worked there were more interested in preparing the donuts than the customers walking in for service. They were taking their own sweet time greeting customers, and there were several employees around this particular machine or equipment up front. No one looked happy to help that day.
October 2025
I stopped by Krispy Kreme because the hot light was on and decided to order a dozen glazed and three pumpkin spice donuts to taste. At the window, I was told my total was around $6 and some change. I immediately corrected the employee, explaining again that I wanted one dozen glazed and three pumpkin spice. The response I received was, “Oh, I wasn’t sure if you wanted an assorted box or a dozen glazed.”

For the third time, I repeated my order clearly:...
