Crystal is actually my happy place and guilty pleasure, as they say.. but lately, that has not been the case! I tried again in spite of a very foul experience a couple weeks ago.. this was no improvement, much to my sad realizationParking: I guess the parking lot is wide open because people already know what I'm finding it hard to believe.. that this business has decided to pay no attention to the fact that people used to love their product.. emphasis on used to! Come on guys! Don't ruin another old darling

Parking: It's not a large as the older building and parking lot since it is not a dine in restaurant so the parking is less than half the size of original lot and it's a little tight. But the kids and I are just happy they're back

Food was trash. Burger taste rancid. The tater tots had no potatoes inside. And they were over fried. And the chicken tastes like it was in the freezer for 3 months. The chicken was super hard and over fried. Took over 10 minutes to get the food via the drive through. Only go to Krystal’s once a year. This will be my last time.
Food was horrible and delivered to me in a chipotle bag. I was suppose to receive a milkshake and instead got a Fanta slushy. Highly disappointed. You can see where the store stapled the bag up
