Was picking a doordash first they wamt to ignore me in the drive through when i was saying was a doordash had to go around to get them to talk again tonbe able to get it then i show the phone to show it was the door dash and whole say the last 3 she cuts off my words and said you got to tell me the last 3 not show me while telling her the last 3 digits just overall rude

This place is just a new shiny building. The employees dont care about anything. How do i order, pay in cash at window one and get to windo two and you have no recollection of my order AT ALL. This is actually the second time this has happened in two months. You pull be ip to the third window of death. 1st time they forgot i was there (after 15 minutes 16 cars passing around me) and i asked for a refund. Manager had the nerve to ask why I wanted my money back)The second time i waited 10 min finally got my food (well half of it) had to get out the car and walk in to get the rest AND the damn food was COLD...HOW SWaY!?!?Never spending a DIME here again

The drive through crew is never nice. They speak to you like you are an inconvenience. Often mess up orders and take along time. I wish there were more alternatives on the route home. It seems like that stretch of road near the expressway generally sucks.

Customer service was terrible. Black female employee was incredibly rude. Yelling at customers, cutting people off, sitting on the cell phone ignoring customers, and acting a fool. Don't come to this location because you'll be bombarded with unwarranted disrespect.

Service was slow. People were leaving the drive thru because it was taking a very long time to greet customers. My fries were old and cold and so was my fish sandwich. The McDonald's on Veterans Memorial is much better !

Ordered 5 packs of cookies and burgers for family. The employee in window disrespectfully said only 1 cookie per pack (We were charged for 5. We also prdered DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDERS and they gave us SINGLES and charge for doubles!)We were here 3days prior and every pack of cookies had 2 per pack. I also requested sauce and napkins but because of how disrespectful every employee behind the counter was to my family, I left with an incomplete order, over charged for missing items.(how convienet to not give a receipt or have a manager newar by)After minutes of trying to get help we were told they will not do anything unless we order again.

It wastes alot of time and cant pickup or deliver on time. The lobby doors are open and they still tell me lobby is closed.
