I enjoyed this spot on S. Cobb. I've been passing by this restaurant for many years. I finally visited with my family and we plan to return. Their frozen Margaritas were "hittin'"! Customer Service was also very good.

I am disappointed in this place. I went to eat today with my daughter and my best friend for the first time and we had the worst experience with the waiter that we had from the beginning, his attitude was very arrogant and the way he always responded was very arrogant. daughter is barely 6 years old and she realized how badly this man treated us, I think his name is Marco, it was very disappointing. I didn't try the food because I felt so uncomfortable that my appetite went away. I asked him food for my daughter and I have All the food on the table but not my daughter food and my daughter's food were brought half an hour later by another waiter, a man, I didn't ask his name, he went to try to save us the night but it was already too late that boy gave us the worst service I have ever received in my life. I will never return to this place. People like him should not be working in costumer service.

THE WORST SERVICE. I didn’t know what I wanted to eat and instead of patience, I was me t with annoyance and treated like the BIGGEST inconvenience of their day. Then when I did order I had my receipt damn near thrown at me and when I decided not to tip, I get a a ‘THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIP’ in response. Wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in my food with that kind of attitude so I got a refund and left. Shame, food smelled good but that’s only half the game guys. There are better places to spend your money.

Ordered the shrimp burrito Tampico, which is what I usually order from other Monterrey locations. It was about the size of a taquito. The small queso on the side was 1/3 full, and the container of lettuce that came with guac was brown and wet. Called the manager and was very cordial when inquiring about the order. Came to light that this Monterrey is NOT affiliated with the others. Nasty shopping center, the restaurant is nasty, and suspect people are in the general area. Manager ultimately hung up on me and hung up again when I called back. Buyer beware. Do not give this establishment your money. They’ll be out of business in two months.
