We went to Panera Paces Ferry Rd location yesterday February 21st 2025. It had been several years sinceI had eaten Panera. It was way better than I remembered. The food was very fresh, new flavors (very exciting), new atmosphere, check out ladies awesome, employees passing by awesome, last but not least GM Michael T was very very awesome !!! We were there for take out but will bring the Fam tgis coming week for Dine In.

I liked how the manager refunded my money and I liked being there favorite customer and they are good about the ice in the soda machine as well as coupons on the app like free desert with purchase

Staff are great. Our group came for large dinner/ coffee. We ended up getting lost in conversation so we didn't see the time. Staff were incredibly kind in how they let us know, etc. Rest assured we'll likely be back (but set an alarm so we better respect the employees and their time! ). Apart from that, the 2 who took orders knew the menu, helped patrons with what to order - all with genuine smile on their faces. Good employees
