This is the WORST Starbucks in Smyrna/Marietta. Even though you can order your drink without ice, and order it that way through the app, this location REFUSES to make your drink how you want it! They will tell you management told them to not make a drink without ice. Apparently it's impossible for them to strain a drink and not fill your cup full of ice, and when you ask to be charged for extra milk to fill the room in the cup, they will tell you they can't. The manager is RUDE and this place sucks. Horrible service, horrible staff, go to the other starbucks, they make your drink how you actually want it.

I’ve gotten Uber eats delivery here 3 times and every time it’s been a 30 minute prep time. That’s silly, guys, there’s absolutely no justification for this. I don’t know if y’all just don’t prioritize mobile and pickup or what, everyone who comes in house seems pretty happy, based on these reviews, but you need to straighten out your work flow vis a vis mobile orders.Also stop packaging cold drinks and hot food together I can’t believe I’m having to say that

Today I mistakenly ordered at the wrong Starbucks through the app. I called the store immediately afterwards and TJ was very patient and understanding. 4 hours later and I finally arrived at the place. TJ remembered my name and our conversation. He instantly refunded my money back on my card. Thank you so much Tj for being so patient and understanding.

I need to speak with someone in management or corporate about this drink that was purposely handed to me with all of this ice and the terrible customer service I just received. Unacceptable. Nasty atmosphere. Rude.

Went throught the drive thru on my break for a pick me up. My white mocha was good and service was great. There was a young lady at the windo and a young man assisting, both were pleasant. Service was fast. Got a breakfast sandwich at 1pm and it tasted fresh.

This had to be the nastiest place I have been in... the milk was left opened and unrefrigerated for at least 30 minutes.... the people behind the counter handled the mop at the same time fixing food and talking over customers food without wearing mask and wiping their hands on they're clothing...I left my food on the table and left... the order was over 40 bucks but it was worth it because I will never go back here again..

I recently visited this location on my way to work, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The two older black lady's seemed uninterested and had an unfriendly attitude. When I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato, they mistakenly gave me a hot one. The drink tasted overwhelmingly of almond milk with little to no coffee flavor, making it undrinkable. Additionally, the sandwich I ordered was tough and chewy. It felt like their attitude transferred into the quality of my food and drink. Overall, it was a disappointing and costly visit. I hope the management addresses these issues for future customers.

Bri (hope it’s correct) is one of the best baristas in there, she checked on every customers to know what are they waiting on and called our names to update our drinks are next or she’s making it. She has the vibe that made me feel the drink is worth my money and wait. Great work Bri!

Unrealistic Tumbling

Went to Starbucks and waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. Spent 10 mins behind cars (2 in front of me) and then another 10 mins at the window.There was a bit of confusion and I told her the order name then she assured me that my order would be out shortly. So I started observing the employees one guy was working extremely hard to make drinks, the lady at the window was staring at the screen as if I was the only customer and not like 6 cars behind me. She walked off for a few moments and then I had rolled up my window because at this point I had been waiting for 15 minutes. Then comes over to the window when I rolled the window back down and asked me if I needed anything and I’m like yeah, my drinks like seriously? I proceed to bring up the fact that she’s just standing there doing nothing and she proceeds to tell me that they are short staffed and she was taking orders when I didn’t even see her speaking to a customer or enter the order into the computer. So I’m like exactly you’re short staffed and you going to proceed to stand here and do nothing meanwhile other employees are working on orders? Then she told me they would be out and rattled off that I had a white flat. So at this point of having to repeat my order numerous times I said no actually I want a refund. So no sooner than I ask for a refund a guy comes over and gets the drinks that had been sitting there 5 minutes. Overall between the incompetence and lack of caring I will never go back to this location.

Waited forever, asked about my ticket, told it was there- it wasn’t. Had to wait 30 minutes for the ticket to just be reprinted and order made.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I ordered through the mobile app and entered the drive-thru at 2:12 pm. I made it to the ordering speaker at 2:27. There was a lot of confusion. The server didn't seem to know what I had ordered despite the fact that I used the mobile app. Over the speaker, the server told me "your order's not ready yet." Since I was trapped in the drive-thru (there's no way out once you're in line - you have to see it through to the end) I simply said, "What do you expect me to do?" There were 4 cars in front of me - I hadn't even made it to the pick up window yet. I did eventually get to the pick up window and my drink was there waiting. It was supposed to be a frozen lemonade and it was about half melted which told me my order WAS ready when I pulled into the line. Oh well...
