Recently visited and enjoyed the book signing for Kem. Wonderful staff and venue!
Wish they accepted the Starbucks card here 🤷♂️
Service is typically what you’d expect from Starbucks, guy who made my drink was super sweet. But the cashier with the glasses and the mask should A. Stay home if she was unwell and didn’t want to help customers, or B. needs to work in a different field where she will not have to multi task and say “hi” & “hello”
Starbucks B & N cafe offers a decent quality experience, though it may be one of the slowest Starbucks locations in town due to apparent staffing issues. The friendly but stressed staff provide generally good customer service, with orders usually correct. The cafe has a relaxing ambiance, free WiFi, and is a suitable place to work and enjoy a morning coffee, though the chai latte may disappoint some customers.
