They have the worst customer service ever. They do not want to honor coupons and still want to charge. They are very unprofessional and ghetto. Especially the ugly crack baby looking dark skinned woman. They up charged for chicken tacos and when one was a beef taco my sister went back in to get the chicken taco she ordered. The ugly black woman was so rude to my sister and threatened to called the police saying she was trying to get over. She tried to talk down to my sister who is in her 50's. My sister is an engineering management and she was talking to her as if she was a drug addict. It was weird and uncalled for. I will be contacting corporate because she needs to be fired immediately.

Good service but $7 for a tiny chicken quesadilla is kind of insane. Like, it was a sneeze of chicken and a sniff of cheese. Service was fast but Taco Bell fails at being good and cheap.

Its a typical fast food taco restaurant. one of the issues I have is, some times I when I get a cravings box I don't get the meal items in the box.

I just had the most bizarre customer service experience of my life. I started my order by ordering a burrito and asked her to make it supreme and she immediately interrupted me to shout "You mean add sour cream and tomatoes?" I didn't want to be charged individually for sour cream and tomatoes, it costs twice as much as the supreme uprgrade even though they are the same thing. So I told her there is a button for making the burrito supreme. I didn't mean anything by it, I wasn't trying to be condescending, but this lady took this response -extremely personally- and amped up her weirdly hostile energy to about a 1000. I then clarified that I only knew this because I've worked at taco bell before, and I genuinely thought that would diffuse her weird angry energy but that made her more angry...? I had my kids with me and absolutely did not want to argue with this lady, who was clearly having a bad day and needed someone to take it out on, but she felt the weird need to argue and shout with everything I said. For some reason, she felt the need to shout every ingredient in every item I ordered as if trying to prove that she really knew the menu and didn't need me to tell her there is a button to make items supreme... which, again, just weirdly hostile. This was all taking way too long and I really did not have time for this. My husband has a very short lunch break and I was trying to surprise him with lunch. I finally told her "We do not need to have this conversation. My order is blank, blank, blank." And pulled around to the window. When I got to the window, she told us they weren't serving us and to leave. I didn't even say anything, I just couldn't believe it. This was all so weird. She handled everything so badly. She was clearly stressed out and frazzled and her manager should have pulled her off the window and had her take a break or something. If she was the manager, that is much, much worse. I left without saying anything, called corporate and asked them to review the drive thru footage at that timestamp and see what they thought of that interaction. I ended up getting an apology from -corporate- and a giftcard, but that doesn't make it right. I should have gotten an apology from the store manager or whoever trained that lady.

Even though, I was the only there when I came into the restaurant, a cashier was wiping down tables and windows. The restaurant looked great !Parking: Plenty of spaces and had overflow as well.

Food was fresh. The cinnamon twist was fresh. That made me happy. Person working the drive through didn't seem to like their job or maybe it was greeting customers or people period. Smile more . You'll get further in life that way ?

This is best TB in all of cobb county! For over 6 years I have been coming here and consistently getting fresh warm food! And the store and grounds are always clean. The manager is always friendly and it seems she can run a tight ship. Give her a promotion!
