I wanted to try a new wing place, but I was disappointed. I asked for extra crispy in the wings were so soft like they didn’t even try to make them crispy. Also, the lady that took my order had a bad demeanor when taking my order.

Definitely in a sketchy area. But the food is amazing. I've had hot wings, catfish and fried rice and it was all absolutely delicious. The employees were super nice a d polite and I could tell them actually wanted everyone to be satisfied. I cant say enough about this place I wish I could give it 10 stars.

The food here is good. I always get wings and fries.
I DO NOT recommend the Lemon pepper. If you’re looking for that Atlanta flavor with the butter, they do not have it.
They use lemon juice. The flavor is very tart and sour.
It’s not the lemon pepper flavor with the butter like we like it. Don’t order that unless you like lemon juice on your wings.

So I’ve been to Wing space about 5 times.
The 1st & 2nd time the wings (honey hot & lemon pepper) and egg rolls were absolutely delicious and amazing — also the ranch sauce
2nd & 3rd time the ranch sauce smelled sour and like blue cheese.
I decided to give it one last try today because my son wanted wings and they were close by. I informed them that their ranch sauce the past few times has smelt spoiled. They assured me they get new stocks every 2 weeks. However again the ranch sauce was unpleasant. It tasted like complete toilet water and I was so disgusted. The wings were a lot smaller than usual. Also the lemon pepper wings needed more seasoning.
Sadly I won’t be returning but the honey hot wings are usually tasty.

This was my first time here and I thought the lemon pepper wings were ok, but the French fries were excellent. The service was very good and quick. The atmosphere was ok, not very many people there and a small run down motel behind the restaurant. Good people, but won’t be back due to the food.

Fried rice is really good! The wings are tasty, but very small. Not a bad thing necessarily, just something to be aware of if you go here.

Mango habanero wings were amazing—perfectly sauced and packed with flavor. The shrimp fried rice was also top-tier, easily better than most places I’ve tried. Super fast service even 15 minutes before closing, and they opened the box to let us check—everything was packed full. Will definitely be coming back!

Flavor Wins, Service Falters:
This local takeout spot delivers big on flavor, especially with its wings (the Wet Lemon Pepper, Teriyaki, and Wingspace flavors are addictive and consistently well-executed). The fried rice is a solid hit, and the chicken cheesesteak impressed even our Philly-native team member… high praise indeed.
The fries are, quite frankly, the restaurant’s Achilles’ heel. At first glance, they appear promising — thick, steak-cut, golden in theory… (a highly desirable type of fry) and easy to prepare, yet the execution varies wildly from visit to visit. On our most recent stop, they arrived charred on the outside but somehow undercooked inside, suggesting either a rushed or overly complicated frying process. It’s not just our experience either; It seems to be a common gripe in other Wingspace reviews. A quality control issue, perhaps — but one that’s easily fixable with care and consistency.
What’s harder to digest than undercooked fries, however, is the customer service. In particular, the attitude of the woman at the front counter (leaves much to be desired). When customers (including ourselves) have politely expressed concern about the fry preparation, the response has been defensive rather than receptive. Instead of a simple “Let me fix that for you,” guests are met with resistance and a tone that suggests customers are the PROBLEM rather than PARTNERS in this small business’s success.
Is the staffs defensiveness a reflection of poor training or an unfortunate tone set by management? Either way, it’s a problem that needs addressing — not only because it turns off loyal patrons, but because it undermines the very thing that keeps customers coming back: the feeling that their business is valued and that they are being heard.
In sum, this takeout restaurant has real potential. Its wings soar, the sandwiches satisfy, and the rice holds its own. But until the kitchen masters consistency with the fries and the front-of-house learns that hospitality is half the meal, it may fall just short of excellence. A little polish could turn this diamond in the rough into a true neighborhood staple.
3.5 out of 5 stars — Worth a visit, but know what to expect.
