When a customer asks about a product (“how’s the grits?”)and receives a dismissive response like 'like Grits,' it fails to provide clarity. The customer wants to know the texture, which can vary depending on preparation. A more detailed answer, such as 'lumpy' or 'smooth,' is expected. As a Waffle House employee, it's essential to make better choices and fulfill job responsibilities.

Durn where do I start. It took forever to order my food, I made sure to tell the waitress “HOLD” the toast and when my order finally came it had toast in it. I tipped the waitress and she said I’m sorry I forgot to tell them to hold the toast and started laughing. Why not remove the toast from my container that would have fixed it. NOPE she didn’t. Also I was charged for a side of bacon and NEVER received it. I will NOT be coming back to this location again. My check number is 39389 and I came in June 7 @ 9:15am. I am completely disappointed with the service.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. Above all, the customer service was excellent. The food came out fresh and warm, the restaurant was clean, and the wait staff were friendly. I highly recommend the chocolate chip waffle and scattered hash browns. 5 stars!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered online and walked in at the time it said it would be ready. Walked in they didn’t even start it. Then the cooks were arguing. I was so sleepy and didn’t check my order. Got home they forgot my whole Texas sandwich. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They give you the incomplete order saying it's for takeout, they don't give receipts to know what they are charging.

I've been coming here for the past 5 years. Some of the servers have come and go but so far my family and I have had but one incident with any of them.The place is normally filled with very positive attitude and lots of joy.Food is always cooked to your liking as long as you do tell them, if not they have a particular way they cook the food.I do recommend this place to whomever is in the area and appreciate great customer service.
