The drive thru at this location is always packed with cars. We decided to eat inside on this day. I'm glad we did. Service was great. I had 2 little ones with me and when our food was ready, it was brought over to the table. The kids were fed and entertained by one another. While I know we were there forever, we were never rushed or asked to leave. We'll be back.

I didn’t even eat the food yet, I’m leaving this review right after I left the drive through, the manager with the glasses was very rude, I tried to ask for some ketchup and even said please and the guy plopped the ketchup in my hand with some spilling out on the floor, I already didn’t want to go this location and now I see why I never will go back, very bad customer service, do not come to this Wendy’s.

Food was terrible. Ordered through drive-thu food was handed to me cold. Told the lady to give me fresh fries. She asked for the cold fries back and had me pull forward. Was sitting there for 6 minutes. Went back to the window and told her my other food had gotten cold because they are taking so long. She took the food back and said they would remake and to pull forward. Sat there another 8 minutes with no order. Pulled back to the window and I am assuming the manager (male guy with glasses) said it takes 7 minutes to cook. Remind you I have been waiting 15 minutes already. He had me pull forward again and finally brought food in 2 minutes. He had a salty attitude and no one even apologized. By the time I got home (literally a couple minutes away), the food was cold again. I don’t know if this was their weekend help or after Helena helper’s, because during the weekday…generally service is much better. I think I will be taking a break from this establishment.

The menu for my meal was $2.69, but it rang up $2.89 plus .17 cents tax, I asked why it didn't ring up $2.69 and the manager (I guess he was) said it was tax, I said why did I have to pay another .17 cents for tax, he said call corporate, so in another words Wendy's is charging twice on taxes
Reps working are professional and pleasant, most people discourage you from ordering when they are close to closing. The two young men we happy to help and Im grateful…

This is my second time coming up to this wendys for a remake on my mobile order! Potato was ordered bacon cheese & chives i received a cheese & chive with HAIR POTATO! Not only that my grill wrap was completely wrong plus cold! I came up there in person for a remake no one had gloves on hair net very rude customer service guy manager looked me in my eyes and didn’t even acknowledge me! Red hair lady manager came to help me thank you so much to her for her pleasant service but yet my potato was still wrong please check your food temp and make sure its correct with no hair!!!! God please help these people why they are in the back rapping and talking about who sister has FOOD STAMPS!!! This is why American already think blacks can not do much at all horrible service!
