Loftus is one of the managers here, and he pays great attention to detail and his staff pretty quick on their feet! My order was fresh, hot and most of all CORRECT!Parking: The lot of HUMONGOUS! The drive thru does not interfere with parking spaces either ?

I ordered on the app and picked it up in the drive-thru. The order was not accurate, and the food was barely room temperature. The burger had 2 slices of unmelted cheese and condiments that I had requested to not be included. They corrected the order quickly, but the food was still not at the right temperature. The cheese was cold, and so was the meat. Focus on quality, not being the order out quickly.
Mackenzie left me standing at the register for 10 mins while she struggled with the POS. When she finally took my order and it came out, she silently thrust the bag out for me to come collect. I did so and said thank you. No response, no eye contact, pure scowl.I have worked in fast food and other low wage jobs; I get how demoralizing they can be. But come on. Not to mention the so-called burger, which was the thinnest patty I ever have seen.

It’s the best I’ve had. I got every morning and who ever is the young lady that works in the morning that take orders is always so bright and patient when I order. She always have a smile too. The staff is amazing in the morning. I’m definitely going to be a regular there.
