Ordered online for pickup at drive-through. Lady yelled through speaker it was a front counter order then said pull around not giving time to explain we had 2 orders got to window they got mad about 2nd order and told us to pull to pickup spot. No one was behind us, and no one came through the whole time we waited. Fries and nuggets not fresh at all

The customer service through the drive through was nice. Service was fast and convenient. The double bacon cheese burger was horrible!

After paying 28$ for two meals I was yelled at for asking for sauce at the window. The male manager refused to give me sauce and then yelled at me saying I was holding up the line. I feel bad for the other employees working underneath him. They looked at me and mouthed "I'm sorry" as they have experienced this before. Never before have I ever been treated like that. All I was doing was getting sauce for my fiancé. He said because I didn't get any nuggets I couldn't get any sauce? I would think after almost spending $30 I could have a couple of sauces.

Every chance I get, the honey butter chicken biscuit is always a win. Best chicken biscuit in the fast food breakfast game1/30/24Terrible. Sign says dining room opens at 6:30 but they stay closed. Tries going there a few times over the last few months but they never opened when they say they are. Finally spoke with someone wiping down the windows and she said in a very disgusting manner that they not opened because it's only 2 workers there. This used to be my go to spot for breakfast as they service was very good and they were open when I got there after 7:00 am. Now, I will never visit this restaurant again. I'm not a big McDonalds fan but McDonalds are leaps and bounds better than this establishment.
