Wings are great, and it’s always done a little faster than the promised pick up time - some of the best wings around.

This place does NOT miss! I must've eaten here like 100 times now, and EVERY TIME is like the first time all over again. I've ordered bone-in and boneless wings, dope. The cheesesteaks, dope. The burgers, dope. The tenders? DOPE. All the sauces they have are great too. Literally anything they make hits so hard.

Service, oh my god. They are super kind and professional, they show you your food to make sure it all looks good. Sometimes when you get it delivered, they put your sauces and condiments in a special little bag, with a side of season salt.

The atmosphere is exactly what it is. It's not fancy romantic cafe, it's clean and peaceful area. Lovely to have a warm meal when it's cold or rainy outside.

I don't know what else to say. I'd give you some cons, but I'd be lying to you.

The food was good here the first couple of times I visited. The workers are always very nice but ever since the prices have recently gone up the food taste bland and over cooked. Who wants to pay more money for terrible food. I dont. Do not plan to return.

I used to love this place when it first opened but it seems to have gone downhill. I stopped getting wings because they were so dry. Reheating them meant you couldn’t eat them because they were so tough. Then we just started getting fried rice. They ruined that too. The last time I got it, it had old vegetables in it & made my boyfriend & I sick. We didn’t realize what it was until we opened the container the next day and it smelled like death. So I won’t be ordering from here ever again. The peach drink is good though lol

Things happen they forgot shrimp on rice went back an they remade my hole order now that's Good Business Thx

This was my first time ordering from WNB Factory, and I ordered bacon and cheddar fries but ask to use sweet potatoes fries instead of white potatoes fries.
They hadn't made them before and they were delicious.

Absolutely amazing here! I’ll drive past all my local wings and burgers for this one cause they do it right ! Trust me when I says come in get a 10pc wing and fried rice with chicken then come back and thumbs up this so I know you know that we know !!!

I have never actually even eaten here but whoever does the uber eats and pick ups KILL IT. I swear this is the only lettuce burger I order because it’s so well wrapped and put together it’s perfect. Always get the extra sauces wrapped up in a cute bag and so organized and easy to eat. The onion rings are bomb also but I love ordering from them they make my nights and good price too love yall

I work in the area and this is my preferred place in the plaza for something quick to eat. The food is always fresh. The lady who’s in the front during the day is the sweetest, great customer service in general.

The Philly didn't have enough mushrooms, peppers or onions. But overall, the food was excellent. (Philly, wings & shrimp fried rice)

The food is great here!! The girls at the counter are airheads!! They play too much and always mess up the orders.. they have no etiquette at all!

In and out in 10 mins flat, single steakn. burger fries and a drink for around $12? Also it was actually GOOD!? I love that theres random korean didhes and ingredients sprikled throughout the menu! I will be back WNB
