Food would have been great if it was hot. Got served a a steak and gravy biscuit with cheese meal cold with a flat soda. The only thing was warm was the blueberry biscuit on the side i had which was good. Seen the man from the window making people food with one glove on one hand and none on the other hand. Glad he did not make my order. Atlanta and surrounding areas do better. Customer service has gone down to hell smh along with food quality. They lucky i was rushing to work....

I had a server named Christian Duke and he was the most accommodating and amazing server I have ever had. I’m surprised he’s not in fine dining because he has top tier experience, I have ever had just wonderful. If he’s not a manager I don’t know what they’re doing and the food that he made for me personally was simply the best experience I had at bojangles, and completely changed my mind on the atmosphere so glad I had a great experience. One of the best chicken places in the state. Bo berry biscuits are to die for, wonderful warm coffee, and buttery fresh biscuits always hot and ready. The bo rounds are also mouthwatering. Consistently appetizing with fast service.
